I was born conscious of being energy in a human body. My life has been incredibly difficult, starting about age 10, being very sick, disconnected, fragmented, clearing ancestral programs, generations of lessons. Through this difficulty, I was called back into the heart. Living from your heart is the simple feeling of awareness, presence.
