Vision Board workshops guide you in determining your values and your needs criteria and creating a foundation that is authentic for you. After completing all assessments, you will become congruent in your mind, ego, heart and spirit, and this goes on your vision board. In part two, this vision is anchored with Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and manifests in your life.
Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is a set of language and sensory-based interventions and behavioral modification techniques along with modeling, intended to help improve your self-awareness, confidence, communication and social skills, along with building internal positive resources to better manage your life, relationships, career and business.

Jodie was a keynote speaker for our first Professional Women's Network call of the year. The material was excellent, and a perfect way to take a good look at goals for the year. Most people just focus on their company goals but forget about the personal goals that we need to set for other parts of our lives.
