This place is unbelievable! It’s been a decade or two since I had been on a bike. Not knowing much about bikes, I was able to spend some time at several local shops. At this point all I knew was that I wanted to support local. This shop stood out from the crowd with helpful advice and no serious pressure to sell. When we decided to buy my husband a mountain we wanted to check out local shops first. This was the first place we came to. They greeted us and we’re nice but the gentleman who was helping us didn’t make us feel very welcomed. We explained to him we didn’t need a beginner bike, he continually told us they didn’t have beginner bikes and the cheapest bikes they had were around $1500 and if we were comfortable with that range. We never gave him a price range and even told him price isn’t an issues, and again told him we didn’t need a beginner bike. All he kept doing was mentioning the

Great Experience. I arrived and thought they were closed, but someone was there and let me in. They were able to find a long-lost gift certificate that I know I had (searching based on phone number / name lookups). They took my bike and did all the requested maintenance, of course, and it rides great. But, the exceptional customer service made me a happy customer.

I gave 2 stars because the guys behind the counter were friendly and nice. Can’t say same thing for the guy who does the work on bikes. He was very rude and condescending without even knowing the problem that caused my flat tire. After dealing with goat head flats I decided to purchase the puncture resistance tires, tire liners, thick tubes and had slime put in. The gentleman who made the recommendation said that Boise, PD officers use all these on their bike patrol bikes so they do not get flats. So u can imagine my surprise to get a flat just a couple months after making this big purchase.

Love these guys!! Best mechanics! Any time I bring my bikes in for work, they are professional, prompt and reasonably priced. I have been to a lot of bike shops all over the west, and these guys are some of my favorite.

I'm not a huge bike enthusiast, but I do enjoy the occasional ride to the mini mart or a cruise on the green belt. Anyway, we came in to pick up a basket for my bike, and a speedometer for my son. They had both in stock, plus lots more I didn't know I needed! Bike gloves (for riding in the cold weather), rechargeable bike lights for the kids & pegs for my son's bike. The guy working was so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. This is a great locally owned shop!

I went here a few months ago for work on a bike. Nice people, but the place was busy and no employees were wearing masks. Went back recently and same thing - 4 employees, 0 masks. This is not OK.

Meridian Cycles is such a fantastic shop. Super helpful, super friendly. This is the place to go for any bike needs. I've stopped in for everything from parts - to emergency help when I got a flat commuting to work. This place is fantastic and the customer service is always tops.

AMAZING customer service! I walked in not knowing what to expect, but I needed to repair my 3yo daughter's bike. I walked in with two toddlers and the employees were so welcoming and accommodating... especially to my special needs 2yo. Gave them fruit snacks and allowed them to see the repair process. So thankful for this local establishment that fixed my daughter's bike accurately and quickly and helped my rambunctious kiddos. Lifetime customer earned!!

I don't use a bike shop often (about once a year). I recently needed a repair done on my bike. When I went into the shop, the employee who came to help me was not wearing a mask. It made me so sad to see such poor customer service. I will be choosing a different shop from now on.

I bought a new bike rack from meridian cycles and had a few questions. Great shop, super friendly, decent prices and the bike tech hooked me up and fixed my shifting issues!

I needed a little help with the tire and checking out the headset on a project bike I painted/rebuilt. The guys in the shop were great about getting me on the road the same day and didn’t mind working on my old cruiser. My bike rides smooth again. Great attitude and very helpful, thanks Paul🤟🏻

I purchased a used bike today in Meridian (I'm from Caldwell) and it needed a new tube. I stopped in to see if they could replace it - and even though they were busy, they fit me in right away so that I wouldn't have to drive back from Caldwell. SO nice, quick, efficient and helpful. THANK YOU. It will be worth the drive for future repairs as they do take care of their customers.

These guys have been great. I've been in several times and they've always had what I needed. Friendly and knowledgable staff has always been helpful and quickly installed parts I didn't have the tools to do myself.

This is the bike shop with the customer service, knowledge, and brands you'll love. They've recently moved into this old church location on Main Street and it is perfect. Paul is the owner and has been in the bike industry forevs and so was his Dad. This place is family friendly and the vibe is awesome. We get all our bicycle needs met and more here. Gotta love it.

I've been shopping around for a road bike and stopped in today after being completely ignored at another popular bike shop. I had a wonderful experience and will definitely be back in to test ride some bikes when I have more time. Thanks!

Our family has been popping in and out of this cycle shop for the past couple years. We are not avid riders, just recreational, for fun. They've always been awesome and professional. They have the best customer service! Just popped in there because my tire that they replaced two years ago was having issues staying inflated. Because they had had issues with that particular brand, they replaced it for free. Great shop, highly recommend!

The major tune-up Ely did was great! Several parts on my bike were worn and needed replacement. They did a great job on my Gary Fisher mountain bike!

Best bike store in Meridian. I had them tune up my wife's bike and they did a great job. They also didn't charge me an arm and a leg. Nice staff. Their prices are a little high, but I have found deals on helmets.

Bike had a flat, so I rolled into Meridian Cycles right after opening time on a Saturday morning. They had my tube replaced and me back on the road in less than fifteen minutes. Sometimes a review is just straight to the point. Meridian Cycles got the job done right, got it done quick, and everyone in the shop was friendly while I waited. Not much else to say except if you need a quick bike repair in Meridian, these guys will do you right.

I got the right advice, the right new mountain bike, at the right price from Paul (owner). Additionally, the crankset on my new ride had some persistent problems and after adjusting things twice he offered to install a slightly more expensive replacement at his expense. I've been riding 2-3 times a week since and am loving it!

I just moved into town and had been wanting to start mountain biking - I tried foothills singletrack a few times, loved it, and had to buy my own ride. With the foothills so close it was no-brainer.

I've been road riding for a few years - Already having chewed
