Seven months ago we had this business come to our home just after we bought it to redesign the layout of the rooms. We also needed an egress window for our basement. While we waited for our design we bought the egress kit and through them and it was delivered to our house. Seven months and $2600 later, no design and no install. Their contractor (Brian) reluctantly came over finally after seven months the other day and when I told him that we weren't interested any more he said "That's even better" like he was doing us a favor by taking our money and leaving us hanging for

I wasn't quiet sure what to expect before my initial consult. I was looking to redo my laundry room and get ideas of how to refresh my house in general.
