Located in Ross, Fayette, Highland, Pike, and Pickaway Counties, our professional staff is trained to recognize and diagnose the symptoms of alcohol and chemical dependency or abuse.

We have a variety of treatment professionals available including child and adult psychiatrists, a forensic psychologist, counselors, social workers, chemical dependency counselor assistants, and qualified mental health professionals.

Horrible rehab I watched a guy punch a mentally disabled guy in the face multiple times for no reason and two days later the head worker Angela graduated the guy who did it. The only good thing I can say about Rulon is the other clients was great and the group teachers but other then that I wouldn't recommend it they mostly are out for the insurance money.
