Ye Olde Country Store is a must stop for Sandwiches and Sweets. They are now serving homemade Ice Cream, and Fresh Baked Bread! And that doesn't begin to tell you all the grocery items available, or the cute country decor for purchase! It's literally my weekly guilty pleasure to indulge in such great products, and be rewarded at such sweet prices! The staff and owners are marvelous as well. You won't want to miss this!

This is the best sandwich sop in Western NC. I travel all over and love this place. Try the Rajun Cajun sandwich with the spicy cheddar cheese. Delicious. And pick up some wasabi peanuts while there. People are the friendliest you will find. And you will find many lost gems while there. Oh, and the homemade pie with fresh ice cream. Yum yum
