Luke was great, even though he couldn’t do work at my house in Washington he took time out of his day to look at pictures of my crawlspace and gave me great advice.

From the first phone call to the last house call my experience with Your Crawl Space Guys was top-notch. They came out to do a quote on a drainage issue, possible insulation work, and possible foundation work. These guys were fantastic. We live in West Linn and every house in our neighborhood has issues with water in their crawl space from springs. Our old DYI system was no longer getting the job done. They went under the house and hauled out material left by the builder, replaced a couple of rotting posts, reconnected a downdraft that had come loose, patched up some floor insulation, screened any damaged vents, dug trenches to direct the water to large collection basins and installed pumps to move the water into our downspouts.

We had 4 guys come install a sump pump, new plastic, and drainage pipe in our crawlspace today. They made quick work of the job and went on about their business leaving behind a large mess in and around my house. My floors were muddy, the walls and door jams were smeared with mud, my cat house has mud on it, my front walkway, yard and sidewalk has clumps of mud and razor blades were left laying around outside. After contacting a couple of other foundation repair companies - who wanted to install complete "systems" at an exhorbitant cost - I contacted Your Crawlspace Guys for an estimate. They came out and evaluated the problem (a sinking pier), determined which areas had been affected and which areas were still in good shape. These guys are as good as advertised. We had a water problem under our house and the team from Crawl Space Guys took great care of us. It started with a an appointment with the estimator in which he came in on time, did a thorough job and gave us a fair bid on the spot!
It finished with 4 trained guys working as a team in our basement. They were very careful with our house, they were knowledgable in all of the aspects of what needed to be done, and were skilled at taking care of our water problem.
