I was very pleased with the Service AmeriFreight provided for the shipping of my vehicle. This was the first time I needed a vehicle shipped and Samantha at AmeriFreight made the experience wonderful. She was very responsive to my inquiries regarding the status of the delivery and explained everything to me.
Order was accepted by a carrier within a couple hours of posting. Carrier arrived on time and delivered by 10am the next morning. This was my second shipment arranged through AmeriFreight and I was pleased the first time but even more so the second time. Highly recommend AmeriFreight! Prompt service and arranged for my car to be delivered earlier than expected. I was initially quoted an estimate of around $910 door to door, but ended up paying around $1845, which is a little ridiculous. Additionally, the carrier was unable to pick up my car from my door OR deliver it to the door at my requested end location. My pickup point of contact had to meet them at a Walmart parking lot, and my delivery point of contact had to need them at a Home Depot parking lot. No discounts were offered or granted for this. However, this did not detract too much from the overall quality of the service

These people will quote you 1100 and the. Tell you pay 1900 plus pay them 350. Total rip off. The girl Brandy Dejesus actually hung up on me when I asked why the rate was more than twice the quote. They practice the old school bait and switch in hopes your desperate. Do your self a favor and deal with a honest and professional company, not them... wasn't even going to write a review until I woke up to the same quite from them in a new email. I unsubscribed and asked to not deal with ya'll please stop scumbags.

Samantha Smith was wonderful to work with. She was friendly, helpful, and responded quickly and informatively to any questions on concerns I had. The individual who actually transported my wife's vehicle was also friendly.
My only complaint was that in both occasions when I had my car shipped, the drives had me pick my car up at very late hours. The first one was at 1am, and this last one was 930pm. Not ideal for making sure no damages were done on the vehicle, nor just ideal times in general.
However, no damages were done, both vehicles made it in safely, and both times the AmeriFreight

After trying with another company, SGT Transport, for WEEKS and being given the runaround and fluctuations in pricing, a friend recommended AmeriFreight. Contacted Amerifreight to ship my car from Memphis to Richmond, Va. Baylee was awesome to work with on sourcing the bids for transport and working with a few special requests I had for dates. Got notified about 3 days before pickup that I had a carrier assigned which was rather stressful because it wasn’t guaranteed that they could find space for me(economy rates). The driver contacted me the morning of and gave me updates throughout transport. I wasn’t available for drop off but the driver worked with me to leave it in a secure spot until I could retrieve my car. I will definitely use Amerifrieght

I was stood up by another auto freight company and needed to ship my car asap. So I called Amerifreight and Melissa Dossett saved me. Literally at the last minute she was able to get someone out to my house to pick up my car. It was shipped the next day and arrived 2400 miles to my destination by the third day! If you want to may $500 more than your quote price to have your car delivered 2 days late by a driver who does not communicate, scuffs your car, dirties the interior, and is probably on drugs then book with Amerifreight.
I was quoted $800 something to bring my car from TX to CA. Because of the price I signed to have Amerifreight post my car. I was quoted over $1200 total but took the offer anyways.
A day before the car is supposed to be picked up, the driver/dispatcher does not reach out to me. I call and text multiple times and finally a dispatcher responds the day my car is scheduled for pickup

Do not use Ameritrade to transport your vehicle, wish I had not.
Yolanda ghosted me as soon as I made the booking and they got my money, no return calls or emails. My car was damaged in transit, I had purchased the AFTA supplemental coverage, AFTA is not insurance, dont waste your money.
Tried to file a claim, got locked out, no one would return my calls or texts or emails. Actual car carrier who admitted fault, has a HUGE deductible.
Move on in your comparisons, this company nor their employees will transport your car with any care.

Professional, efficient and on time. Melissa Dossett was very informative and made the process simple. The communication with the driver and the agent was excellent. My Saab was delivered and parked in my driveway a day early. My advice is to select a company that is 4-5 star rated with a good BBB rating. AmeriFreight meets that criteria.

The entire process of shipping our car from Chicago to Austin to our son was seamless and easy. We were able to quickly find a driver (within 1 day) and ship the car immediately. Communication via email and text was great. We worked with Carovan (Carovanzieus M.) who was amazing and on top of everything. Our driver Anton V. was prompt and followed instructions. One issue was that Anton did not speak English so there was some delay in receiving texts as he had to use a translator. Knowing this was the case would have been nice, but it did not cause any issues with the delivery, other than waiting

Got a quote through AmeriFreight that was competitive for shipping a vehicle from Georgia to California. After about six days or so, they secured a carrier, they then asked me to process a payment to them for $350. Suddenly, the price had jumped by $350. There was no mention of the price changing upward. It was a bait and switch at the last minute. After I complained, the rep explained that the price was increased, but ONLY after I made an issue of it. They tried to slip the pricing through without me noticing. This appears to be their normal business model - provide an unrealistically low quote

My car was delivered before schedule (woohoo!) and there were no issues. The car was delivered in the same condition it was picked up in. Contacted Amerifreight and was greeted by Lecia. She explained everything perfectly. I was contacted by the carrier days before I wanted the car picked up. The carrier said he could come 2 days early, so I agreed. The carrier was excellent in communications and showed up on time. The car was delivered 4 days later from Southern California to Northern Washington. The car was delivered to the front door! The driver was courteous and professional. Amerifreight gets 5 stars! All the reviews that I read that helped me decide on them were all true. I will use them again. Thanks for a great experience

They got me a hauler for my car to get it from Cal to MD and they were flexible when I needed them to be.
The best part is that you know they won't rip you off and they take their status at the Better Business Bureau very seriously.
My car is back, Amerifreight found me a good driver, and now this whole thing is behind me (there was a car accident involved). I'm happy I found them and I'm happy to recommend them to you.
