Always great to deal with and they stand behind everything they do. They’ve done several thousand dollars worth of updates on my Bounder and I’ve always been happy. Not the cheapest, but the best.
I've been a customer of this company for over thirteen years. Today they helped me sell my motorhome on consignment. They found the buyer, I got a fair price, and they did all the minor repairs without extra cost. I can't say enough good things about these people. I would give them ten stars if I could. Thank you Eric, Jeff, Brandy, and Shawna. I will miss you guys.

I worked there for almost 3 years doing Sales of used RV’s and have to say this was the best place ever!! From great co workers to owners this place will always stay in my heart as the best place to not only work but be at! Amazing work culture and customers. I hardly doubt I will ever find a place like this again. Could stay forever but am moving back to Georgia. Maybe the would consider an east coast location?!

My family and I were getting ready to leave on vacation in our motor home. Reservations were made a year ago and time off was approved. During my preparations I discovered that the water pump was broken and I accidentally damaged the power steps. I spoke with Eric at RV Master tech’s and he agreed to find the replacement parts and try and get me on the road before our departure date. Eric was able to get the hard to find parts and get them installed in twenty four hours! Amazing! I can’t say enough good things about this company and their outstanding customer service. High expectations when we went there. The rig was there five weeks as two techs went on vacation and I was not alerted. Very poor communication. Mixed my rig up with another and argued with me at one point. Fixed two if three issues, not impressed. Now Ford has it to resolve the main issue I went there for. Will not go back. They need to get their act together.

We’ve had six motorhomes over the years and dealt with many RV maintenance companies but had never had such a positive experience as with RV Master Techs. The technicians are absolutely top notch and very experienced, the staff is knowledgeable and always helpful, the ownership remains connected to the realities of the industry and, finally, their prices are very fair and reasonable. We would never even think about taking our RV anywhere else.

FANTASTIC STAFF& SERVICE! My wife & I are in the market for an RV and had just started our search. Both Joanne (Sales Professional) & Eric (Owner) were friendly & professional, and they both promptly followed-up with us each & every time. They returned all emails & calls quickly, answered all of our questions, were very transparent with their pricing & detail-oriented with their vehicle knowledge. Do not allow RV Masters to sell your vehicle until you read my experience. You will get your RV cleaned and free storage. What you wont get is proper care and sales. RV's slide out was out without leveling vehicle. Water Damage was caused. They will not take responsibility for anything done on their property. They then proceeded to call and let me know my AC was not working (3,000 repair). Customer willing to buy it as is15 thousand below market value. Not satisfied I took back my RV. Fixed the leak for $200 (Quoted over $1500). The AC worked fine they had switched it so AC was not coming on. I

I called 10 places to try to salvage our camping trip when i realized our generator wasn’t working. Rv master techs was the only place that could see me same day. They genuinely cared about getting us done quickly to save our vacation. The price was beyond fair and to go above and beyond they sent a tech out to take a look at a problem on our truck and fixed it fast right there in the parking lot. I couldn’t have asked for better service and the front desk staff was very nice and helpful. I will for sure be a customer of this business for years to come. Highly recommend.

I googled looking for some work to help with conversion of a Sprinter van into a RV. I spoke with RV Master Techs and they were the only ones that said yes we can help. The team transformed and worked miracles with a tight time line to make this happen for me. The communication, the workmanship, and attention to detail was appreciated.
