My heater failed and needed a complete motor replacement the day I was was leaving for Christmas vacation. I called and told the dispatcher and they had someone at my house in an hour so I could make my holiday plans and avoid my pipes freezing! 10/10 service and will only use 4 Seasons in the future!

I live in Northern CA but have a rental property in Reno and have used 4 Seasons a few times, all with exceptional results. They are extremely responsive, always on time, have a very knowledgeable staff, are thorough, fair, and easy to work with being remote. They just finished replacing my furnace, again a quality job. Alex did a tremendous job and a professional service man. His detailed diagnostics pinpointed the problem, resulting in a 50% lower expense in repairs to another another company quoted the day before. And best, parts where stocked in his truck for Bryant/Day&Night furnaces providing same day repair vs a 7-10 day order cycle for the competitor.

Responsive and courteous staff, easy to reach and every team member took the time to explain what to expect with each step. We had our entire system (heating and cooling) replaced and the ductwork resealed. Eric asked lots of questions to be sure he understood our goals and helped us understand our options. They arrived right on time and the installation was flawless. Highly recommend!!!

Was so happy to get a visit the same day i called. Anthony was friendly, professional and knowledgable. He explained what parts had worn out and a couple of options on the repair. I chose to also have maintenance done (it had been 10 years). I was so happy when the heat came on. I think 4 Seasons are great and will have my future business.

Got busy so I called them to do a repair on the AC in the heat- tech came out and wrote up a total BS quote on a 100% rip off job. 2 techs looked at the same issue and it was a simple cleaning of a clogged obviously clogged unit and got quoted 4k to replace gas lines all kinds of of necessary work. All parts 100% functional and the tech came out trying to completely rip us off. They got us on our initial call for a job they charged us 1000 $ for then tried to double down on the job they couldn't complete in the first place. Place is a total scam.

We had a wonderful service person, Polo Aceves, come out to install a new thermostat (Honeywell) for us last week. Arrived on time 11:00 AM. He did an excellent job. Set it up, fine tuned it then went down stairs with my husband and checked out the furnace. It will need some cleaning. My husband had been changing filters on regular basis but Polo fixed the thermostat up in 30-40 minutes. It's been about a week and no malfunctions. The 4 Seasons will be our go to service company and Polo will do the fixing when available. Cost was approximately $89.00. Thanks so much!! Just moved to

So happy with this company and the tech they send out. Eric was great and helped us determine that a company who installed a new A/C three years ago did not install it right. We were told there were major issues and Eric validated that for us. He did a great job explaining everything and writing it up for us. That will be given to the Warranty company who sent over a different company when the install was done, then we will go from there. If we get a choice, this company will be fixing the problems for us. We appreciate that he was on time and that the diagnostic quote was inline. I think we found

I contacted 4 Seasons when my AC went out on a Sunday afternoon. I have used this company before for business, but not my own home. On a Sunday afternoon, a live person answered my call and put me on the schedule for the next morning. Monday morning, Pam called to say she had a cancellation. Pam is always nice to talk to, friendly and helpful. Jay arrived within 20 min, diagnosed the problem as a faulty thermostat install, did a thorough check of my furnace and AC unit, had everything running again within no time. I was expecting about $200-300 for the time Jay spent. Total cost: $89. Definitely

Just wanted to update my review and experience with Four Seasons. I had AC added to my existing furnace a little over a year ago, and everything has been working great. Mike and his team have been wonderful and I get my call every six months for my no charge servicing. Jason, Oscar, Michelle, Jeff, and let's not forget Pam have all been the best. I recently decided to get my attic insulation upgraded. My home is 52 years old and I have an equivalent to maybe R12 in the attic. I'm upgrading to R49. I was very surprised that the estimate was only a couple hundred more than if I did it

Our organization had been using another company for years, but after we were told that we'd need a new furnace by a lazy worker and our furnace was only a few years old, we decided to get a second opinion. Boy, are we glad we did! A gentleman from 4 Seasons came to take a look, and lo and behold, he advised we didn't need a new furnace after all! He took a look at our furnace, tweaked a few things and it came on. I immediately retained 4 Seasons to service our furnace on a regular basis. Good riddens to the other company and their lazy worker! I will update this post with the name
