Deborah Baseil is the founder and President of Baseil Associates Inc. After many years with Executive Search Inc., where she held the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Training Officer, Deborah established Baseil Associates in 2005. Deborah founded the Firm with the operating philosophy of acting as a trusted advisor and true human resources consultant for her clients.
Philip Brigando joined Baseil Associates in 2018, bringing with him five years of recruitment experience in the data center and technology industry. Philip is expert in building rapport with candidates and clients, and uses this talent to bring top-notch candidates and outstanding employers together in lasting partnerships.
Edward Hennessy has been with the Firm since 2013, and works in all areas of recruitment. Ed received his Bachelor of Arts from Saint Peter's University. He began his career in a major law firm, where he worked for several years before joining Baseil Associates. Ed is a exceptional counselor to both candidates and clients, providing both parties with all relevant information during the search process.
Shannon Jacobs is the Office Manager at Baseil Associates. She is the first point of contact for all candidates and clients, greeting them with warmth and professionalism. She ensures the responsiveness of the Firm to candidates and clients alike. Shannon is responsible for all administrative support necessary to ensure daily operations run smoothly.

I tried two separate times to look for employment with this company. I never received one call after coming in to interview the first time. I found a long term temp position on my own. When that was up, I came back, and once again, I never received one call back, and I made sure to call them to inquire every so often. I found a permanent job on my own, once again. A year later, I got a call from a young sounding woman I’d never spoken to (I’d been working with a man). Seriously? Too late! I suspect I don’t fit their type. Not young or good looking enough?
