Michael successfully took on the biggest landlord in this country.
He is extremely thorough and knows what he is doing. He won't
waste your time and money. He understands the needs of small

We just sold our condo in Chicago with the help of Mike and Anna! I absolutely enjoyed the entire process working with them. This is the first time selling for us. If you are wondering where to get the high quality service and representation in your real estate deals, look no further than the Gunderson Law Firm. I had such an unpleasant experience with CJ Lamb that I needed to contact another lawyer to make sure that everything was going as its supposed to. Not only was he unresponsive to me but he was unresponsive to the other parties lawyer, which is completely unacceptable. He was extremely difficult to work with and I was appalled at his lack of professionalism. He did get the job done in the end, however he made the whole experience dreadful. I could go on and on but bottom line... I didn't want to have any contact with CJ and couldn't wait until we closed just so I wouldn't need to

Michael has went above and beyond my expectations!!! I highly recommend him to anyone. I was involved in an auto accident at the end of 2019 (not how I wanted to end the year) and Michael has been helping me out since the day after the accident. He's answered any all questions honestly. It's still a process to get through but I know he's going to continue to what is best for me and putting this whole thing behind me.

Mike helped us to sell our Chicago condo after a move across the country. Moving is stressful and selling a condo in a place you're no longer living is doubly stressful, but with Mike, it was much easier. Stay away!!! This is the most non responsive real estate attorney you could ask for. It takes a minimum of 3 days for anybody at the firm to get back to you for any questions or updates pushing your closing date back weeks if not over a month like mine was.
Mike is just the face of the firm you never deal with him, instead you're passed off to one of two ladies that make mistakes on important legal paperwork and become very short tempered.
If you ask to speak with Mike their standard response no matter what time of day is "I'm sorry he's at a closing right now." He

This was my first time hiring a lawyer for any reason. My wife and I worked with Michael Gunderson regarding closing on our first home purchase, a short sale. He was one of the all stars on our home buying team, responding to emails professionally and quickly, coordinating with our realtor, the seller's lawyer, a title company, and our bank. My fiancee and I were recommended to Michael through a friend who worked with him previously. Although he came highly recommended we were apprehensive as first time condominium buyers. Mike Gunderson is a wonderful attorney! We used him when we closed on our condo, and he totally rocked. He is very attentive and responsive and explained everything to us in a way that made total sense for all of us not in that field! He is also pretty funny ;).
