Recently, my mother told me that when I was born, my heart stopped and the doctors didn't know if I would make it. She prayed and let the universe know that she really wanted her baby - that she really wanted to love her baby. I believe that we choose to be born into the material world, and knowing that life can be hard, maybe I was having second thoughts about coming here.
But when I heard her plea in the spiritual realm, I remembered who I was and why I wanted to enter the physical world: to love. Regardless of the pain, insecurity and fear that we face as humans, love makes it all worth it.

Thank you Nadiyah for a wonderful energy session. Your warmth, calmness and energy was just what I needed. My session has helped me realize how important it is to take time out each day and reflect. I recently had an opportunity to experience my first ever energy healing session. I had been having knee pain for about a week before the session.
Everything in the Universe is made up of energy that vibrates at different frequencies. I use intention, focus and loving thoughts get you into a state of flow to bolster your capacity for self-healing, relieving stress, cultivating peaceful mind states, manifestation, creativity and/or pleasure. At the beginning of our session we will discuss expectations, get a good feel for our vibe and make sure it is a good fit.
