Tracy was so attentive and helpful when she was booking my vacation. Booking with Tracy allowed me to relax and not worry about anything. She found me and my friend the BEST resort for the BEST deal. She was so good at communicating the details of everything and was very responsive to any questions I had. I was super worried about travelling internationally with COVID, but she was able to help us get details on travel requirements and testing. I had never used a travel agent before and was a bit hesitant at first--but now I will never book without her! DYAD Travel Service is the best kept secret

Tracy gave us everything we asked for on our trip to Cancun. She knew what we needed to do and set up our COVID testing to enter back in the US. She scheduled the excursions we wanted to go on and gave us some really great tips/advice. I will use her again for the next trip I take.

My husband and I wanted an all inclusive resort that was very romantic and had a luxury feel without breaking the bank. Tracy sent us to Sandals Barbados! AMAZING is all I have to say. She was spot on with what we wanted in our anniversary trip. She did everything for us and there was even a sweet little note with fruit in our room when we got there. She is so great to work with and left no stone unturned. Thanks to her our anniversary was everything!

She made sure that everything was going good at the resort, and she even set up a surprise for my husband and I at the resort! I HIGHLY recommend her! Best customer service !
