Overall I give a three star review only because they had a pretty big job for us hooking up a 21 camera system over top of our last system that was there. I felt like they were trying go keep our old system after I asked for it back multiple times and they kept saying the "the very old system " mind you it was only 2 years old and their all 4mp HD cameras. and we couldn't get ahold of the last people who installed them. finally got them all back but 2 . after finding out they found the rest of ours in the trash can at the shop! (so they say) not happy!!! so after they installed all of them, both

I was pleasently surprised by this local store. Normally I shop exclusively online but I figured i'd swing in for some opinions and to see what they carried. Not only were they a dealer for the brand I was interested in, but they were the same price as all the big online stores, if not cheaper. I regretfully forget the name of the gentleman who helped me both days I visited but he was very friendly and knowledgable. I'll definitely be returning to this store for all future soundsystem purchases.

I recently contacted them to help me in setting up my home theatre and I could not be more pleased. They showed up, offered good advice on the best ways to proceed and then started the project. They were professional and were very respectful of our property and cleaned up beyond expectations. I would highly recommend them.
