McKinsey Steel has been supplying aluminum, brass, copper and stainless steel metals to the South Florida, Caribbean, and South American markets since 1983. We carry over 1,700 products in our warehouse. We have three automatic band saws and three ironworkers (which are capable of punching a 1" hole in a 1" thick plate.)

We handle small to large structural metal fabrications, plate burning, and sheet metal shearing, bending, and punching, all in our local facility. I called wanting to get information on diamond plate for the floor of a trailer. I was trying to explain to the sales rep what I needed and he kept interrupting me and had an attitude as if I was bothering him. When he asked me what thickness I needed and I asked him what my options were he said, “Oh my God you can’t call here and not know what you want.” Well, you sir just lost a customer. Good job guy!

The office was a little slow, but when it came my turn the lady was very helpful. I brought my receipt to the last yard to get some galvanized steel cut. Jamie was the man, couldn’t have been more helpful. Same goes for the welder with long blonde hair (sorry I didn’t get his name). These guys went out of their way to help and did a little extra work. It’s nice to get that kind of service in south Florida, because it’s not the norm by any means.

I have been using these guys for a decade or more. Everyone is always helpful and they deliver right to our door. Anytime we have a project they always can get the steel or aluminium that we need.

Deal with Leno at the counter,this guy is great at his job! He is also typically the only one who will help you. Everyone else is"always on a phone call". The guys in the various shops are all very helpful as well. Overall great place to supply your metal needs
