I am the Business Manager of a LLC who "flips" houses. I contacted Ken at Golden Oak when we were in a real pinch with another contractor to help us out and finish the job as project manager. Ken did an outstanding job for us and we were able to sell the house quickly and for full price. Ken is a good supervisor of any crews he has and consious of one's budget and goal.
