I went to the dentist due to having problems with my gums. My teeth have a gap in the front so I have been made fun of quite a bit about it, wouldn’t think that’s something you should have to worry about at a professional business such as the dentists office. Wrong! The woman that took me back said she would go get the dentist to get his opinion on what was going on and I heard her go into the next room and start talking to dr Kay, then I heard my name and they proceeded to make jokes about me. Would not recommend this place. Absolutely terrible. I was in tears when I left. Zero stars!

Best experience at a Dentist office ever. I have been there for work on my teeth 3 times and everything was perfect and super cheap consider-the excellent attention and hospitality.
I genuinely am horrified of going to dentists. As a young person I was punished in my mouth by orthodontics and my dentist. Always felt the worst going and coming out. By the time I turned 20 I shied away from a place that would schedule me for torture and waste my time by having me wait an hour before.
But you got to go! Lucky I found HDA, and both Doctors have seen me an been so impressive. Ive had an extraction

Dr Berelc is the absolute BEST dentist. I’m a wimp when it comes to the dentist and when my dentist retired, I was afraid that a new dentist wouldn’t understand but I was so wrong! I’ve had 2 emergency dental issues in the past year and Dr Berelc was awesome. She understood that I was a wimp and she did everything possible to make sure that I was comfortable. I HIGHLY recommend Dr Berelc and staff at Hartwell Dental!! I know that I’m getting great dental care from a dentist that is kind and understands me!

Dr. Kay has been my dentist since I was a small child. He and his dental assistant have always made me feel comfortable. I have always received superb care at Hartwell Dental Associates. Now that I am an adult, I have the joy of still seeing the same faces in the office that I have always seen. That is a blessing! Thank you Dr. Kay.

I have been a patient here for about 4-5 years now I also take my children here. I absolutely love Dr Kay he’s an outstanding dentist he doesn’t try to tell you that all these things are wrong with your teeth and that you need a root canal etc when truly you don’t need it. Before I found this office I was told by 2 other dentist that I needed a root canal and I never needed a root canal I just had very sensitive teeth. His office is very very well priced unlike many other dentists. Dr Kay helps his patients when there’s a problem his dental assistant’s are AMAZING as well as do an AMAZING
