I have used CAPCOM most of my life, before then, I used Excelsior Credit Union, which was absorbed by CAPCOM.
I have had nothing but great experiences with this bank. I have used them to finance my first car, finance my student loans, and finance my first house. I must add - I used Jessica Brate as my mortgage officer and she was amazing! I didn't use a real estate agent at all, but she walked me through it all and helped me find a good lawyer, all in all, I couldn't have done it without her.
I have never had a fee for anything. I have my account set up to pull any checking overdrafts

I am a treasurer for a local non-profit and they chose to do their banking through Cap Com. Admittedly, most banks are pretty much the same: you give them money, you take your money out, you log online to make sure you have money, and occasionally you fill out paperwork.
I have been here multiple times for deposits and I don't like their hours. Weekdays are 8:30 - 4:30, which means I can't go before work or get here after work before they close. Weekends are worse, as on Saturdays they close at 12:30PM. Much of my banking requires in-person deposits, so whenever I need to get here I

After being a capcom member for 10 YEARS I was given the run around with my auto loan. I financed my car through capcom when I was talked into the GAP coverage in case I totaled my car and owed more then the insurance covered. Unfortunately four months later my car was totaled, i owed $594 of my car loan and was told my deductible would NOT be covered after three separate individuals said it would be. Two weeks after they said they would submit the claim to the gap insurance company I still had NOT heard from anyone and had to call. They had received a check for $40 from the gap coverage yet could

After being a loyal member for 7 years, Rebecca & Emily decided I was no longer worth keeping over an overdraft fee. I asked if there was any reason she (Rebecca) could think of as to why I would stay with the bank. Rebecca said it sounded like I opened a different bank account so she assumed I was closing it anyways.. then provided zero reasons why I would stay.

If anyone has delt with regular financial institutions, aka bank's, you can understand the frustration when dealing with people who don't want to be there or can't remember who you are....or are not willing to help find a solution to your financial needs, look no further.
