JOHN JAMES WITH GREAT LAKES GARAGE STORAGE WAS VERY RESPONSIVE FROM BEGINNING TO END WITH OUR PROJECT. HE WAS PATIENT WITH OUR QUESTIONS, OFFERED AMAZING IDEAS AND INFORMATION TO HELP US DECIDE ON A PLAN. HE WAS NEVER PUSHY, NOR DID HE TRY ANY SALESMAN TACTICS TO TRY TO UPSELL US INTO SOMETHING WE DIDN'T NEED. WE HAD AN EPOXY FLOOR DONE, CABINETS AND SLOTWALLS INSTALLED. John was great to work with. We went back and forth with cabinet layouts via email until we got the perfect custom solution for my Garage Mahal. The two-tone garage cabinetry I went with is top-notch and installation went smoothly. Pictures are attached Still having fun getting the organization together, so look past the personal stuff. Working with Great Lakes Garage has been one of the best home improvement decisions we've ever made! The quality and value we got from our garage remodel has been so helpful for our family to keep organized and efficient. We then had Great Lakes Garage use the same great cabinets and slot wall to make an office/craft room in our basement. Both areas got epoxy floor finishes prior to the cabinet installs and that has made them great work spaces! John from Great Lakes Garage is a great guy and a true professional. I had them install cabinets in my garage.They look great and took no time at all to install. Since then, I had then install shelving in my pantry, and custom shelves in my master bedroom closet. What a difference they made providing so much more storage. I'm having John epoxy my garage floor next. I'll post pictures when that is done. Thanks again John
