Recently contacted Gus through a Facebook recommendation when my office's air was broken. Gus took my call right away and over the phone walked me through a few simple fixes that might be causing my air issues.
After trying the simple fixes, it was clear that Gus needed to come out. Gus scheduled me in less than 24 hours and kept me updated on his arrival.

G & G is definitely the company to use. I dealt with big Gus (the father ) and he is awesome. He tells you what's wrong , emails you the best product (in my case a heater) , answers any questions you have then sets up a time. Him and his crew then come in and do their thing. They were neat, clean and efficient. I'm tough on people but he definitely met my standard of service and gets my stamp of approval !!
