I cannot say enough good things about I deal cars. Me and my husband both agree when I say that we have dealt with a lot of used car lots. And had many terrible experiences. Any employee we came in counter with I deal cars went above and beyond and we're absolutely fabulous. This will be 100% not the last time we do business with ideal cars. Highly recommend them. Once you go diesel you never go back.

These guys know Trucks! They have a good inventory on just about any type of truck you are looking for with great no haggle prices. After tons of searching I narrowed down my choice and bought my Ram Ecodiesel from them. I was in and out in 45 minutes. They are responsive, super friendly, easy going and connected with good credit unions that will finance you with good rates. Absolutely worth the trip to go drive there from the Bay Area.
Next time I am in the market for a truck, I will definitely check them out first.

Just bought my 2nd truck from these guys. 1st one ran great, ended up selling it after it was all paid up. Then got back into another one through these guys. They're honest, and will definitely help you with anything after the purchase as well so they follow through.
I didnt notice that my passenger front window didnt roll up all the way, along with the rear passenger window not staying rolled down somehow, and some sort of cleaning powder shooting out of the vents. Well 2 days after I bought it, I brought it in on MLK Day after making a quick call to inform them and they had their mechanic

It's been almost a year and a half since I bought my 2003 dodge dually from this place, and I am standing by my word that I Deal is a great place to buy a pickup. I haven't had to do any major work to it, aside from changing my tires and brakes before a long roadtrip. We recently moved across the country, and I used the truck to haul 3 horses just over 3,000 miles. The truck is PERFECT, just hit 209k miles and I plan on keeping it until the end of time.

Worst decision I have made buying a truck! Stay away! Not an honest car buying experience at all!! I went into this establishment very excited to finance my first car. I test drove a Chevy Tahoe that was highly recommended by the dealer, saying this was "the best car on the lot". So I took it for a spin and everything was fine I loved it. So I bought the truck, everything was fine for the first month, then it just started to fall apart! I have had to replace the alternator, my battery, the speaker's are blown, interior lining is falling down, engine is now making a rattling noise

Always a great selection and a knowledgeable staff! I found one incredibly rare thing at I-Deal, when shopping I always ask how long the salesperson has worked there, it gives me a sense of credibility, Rusty has worked here for over 25 years, that tells a lot all by itself!
I would recommend I-Deal cars to anybody looking for a reasonably priced Diesel truck.

Dave was the sales guy that helped us. He was very knowledgable about trucks. We ended up buying a F250 Diesel and the service was quick and easy. We had a sensor come on the next day and we called Dave to let him know and he said bring it back and we will get it fixed. It is running great and we are very happy with the truck, we have had it for about ten day's and so far so good.

Great service, friendly people! We bought our truck back in February. There was a small issue with the oil filter. They did the oil change, but used a cheap filter, causing it got clogged. However, after changing the oil with the proper filter, the truck runs great and it was a great buy. I think they were fully aware of the low oil pressure issue, but didn't tell us, instead they sold the truck $5000 below the market value. It was a great deal for us, so we are totally satisfied ;-)

I had been looking for a car at tax time and been turned away from many lots in town! I had one that could get me a in car but wasnt really what I wanted but needed a car so was on the way to Rocklin to go get it and I get a call on the freeway from Rusty and I had no idea who he was but he said I got you approved! We were looking for a diesel truck at a reasonable price. This is the type of a car that any other dealer might have a few on the lot. These guys almost specialize in these types of vehicles. They had at least 20 of them, maybe more. We test drove 4 of them and ended up buying one. This was on a Saturday afternoon, when most other dealerships are getting ready to close up shop. Dave - the salesman, not only stayed late to help us, even before he knew we were going to buy, but never pressured us, never made us feel like we were imposing or wasting his time.
