We booked Richard to shuttle my wife and I on the day of our wedding. We read all of the great reviews beforehand, and we knew he’d be good, but he brought an expert level of accommodation, conversation, and attentiveness that made our night exciting and special. Richard is the kindest soul that will bring a high level of professionalism, charm, and knowledge of the island to your trip. Richard's taxi service is the best on the island. He is super prompt to respond, always arrives early, and is waiting and ready for you at the airport when you arrive. Not to mention he's an outstanding guy and good fun to talk to on the ride. Could not recommend more highly!

We LOVED our time spent with Richard! I cannot say enough positive things. We spent two full days with him, in addition to Airport drop-off and pick up. Richard took us on the Road to Hana one day & a Brewery, Winery & Distillery Tour another! Both wonderful experiences I couldn’t imagine doing them with anyone else! He was always perfectly on time. He kept in contact before we arrived and helped us plan our trip so well. We will definitely plan on using him again for all our future Maui trips.

RUDE RUDE RUDE! Richard flipped on us like a light switch. He was pleasant to begin but became belligerent at us when an honest mistake was made and started yelling at us and would not stop even though we were polite and agreeable. Richard RUINED a very special lifetime event of my dearest friend with his rude and unprofessional behavior. Definitely would NOT recommend.
