Do not use this Dr for Covid testing. Went to this office for a Covid test for European travel and was assured by them the printed results were exactly what we needed. At the airport they said the information was insufficient. No time of test or type of test were listed on the paper and we were denied boarding!! This resulted in additional time, expense and aggravation. I wish we could give zero stars, but yelp forces me to give one.

We have nothing but good things things to say about Dr. Vickaryous and his ENTIRE staff. Everyone is always very caring and concerned for our well being. They understand our individual concerns and take all the time that is needed for them to be addressed. We have recommended the office to family and friends.

I took my son and daughter here while we were on spring break (March 2017) and the male nurse that assisted us was awful. After waiting over 45 minutes to be seen, we were finally ushered back to a room by this individual and were treated so poorly it was disgraceful. In one instance, he told my son who had a fever and horrible sore throat to "man up," and "stop crying." He added "leave the crying to those girls" pointing at myself and my daughter. He then proceeded to tell me that my son had the flu and should be diagnosed with a flu test. He is not even a doctor and was treating us as if he could

Worst experience ever. Had my annual physical 3 yrs ago that is covered 100% by my insurance. Got bills for 2 years from Quest. Finally Dr office said it was taken care of. The Pap smear was screwed up and they wanted to know if I wanted to do it over. No thanks. Got a bill from collection agency just this week. They apparently ordered a test that wasn't covered. What test? Don't know. They're sorry...so too bad for me.REALLY? Yep
