You can expect a telephone call, text or email in confirmation of a scheduled installation. Manual awnings are found on most travel trailers and some motorhomes. Often damage occurs from weather, travel or user error. When the hardware takes trauma, the function of the awning becomes difficult, it won't retract properly, deploys slowly, will not stay in place when deloyed. There are 2 primary manufactures of RV Manual awning system, Dometic and Carefree.

Chester has saved our Travel Trailer two times. Both times he had to install a beautiful new awning . First time we replaced an old awning. Three years later a crazy strong dust devil destroyed every bit of our awning, aluminum parts included. He spent most the day here and he came all the way from the Valley to Prescott. He is talented, courteous and more than reasonable. Highly recommended! .

Called Chester to replace and upgrade my manual awning to an electric model. $1488.00 I said he would call before the install but just showed up. The man he brought to help didn't know anything, said it was his first day, on-the-job training. After he took my old awning off and started putting up the new one. He told me I needed to buy a new Roller tube $445.00 because mine wasn't aluminon. He should have known by the year and make what type of roller tube I had. Maybe an honest mistake. Not once did Chester use a tape measure to make sure the new arms were in the right place. Then he ran the wires

I really wished I had read the previous reviews before using this company. I hope that anyone who is considering using them seriously reads the reviews. I paid for there service to replace my awning. After the fact, I discovered that my awning would not fully close. They have been telling me for 4 straight days that they would come back and fix the issue, only not to show up or call each day. I have since discovered that they have a terrible reputation and they have treated many other customers in a similar fashion. I think they think it's a fun little game. Now I will have to take the recourse

We needed a new awning since we missed pulling our awning in and hit a tree. We met with Chester on August 28th, he stated he could get our awning fixed and ready for the upcoming holiday. We stated that was not a huge deal. He stated he could do different upgrades for no out of pocket cost other than the deductible, sounded sketchy but thought we will see what the quote is. Received a call on Sept 4th, the upgraded fabric, the only awning fabric he showed us was not available for our awning since it was 23 feet, I said no problem to please replace arms and awning

My grandparents passed away recently and their used trailer came to me and my husband. It was in good shape but some things had been neglected for the last ten years. I wanted to fix up as much as I could for sentimental reasons and we want to use it. Shannon and Chester were so extraordinarily helpful, gave good advice on priority items like tires! They were patient and kind with us being first time RV owners. They re did our awning and in one day, it's beautiful! I called Chester and got a quote from him on the phone. I told him my model, and the size of the 2 awnings that needed the fabric replaced and the LED lights in the rollers needed replacing. He quoted me a price that he said he would send a quote to my email. I said great. I never received the actual quote. About 3 weeks later they came out and did them when I was not home. When I got home, one awning had scallops and the other did not. The led's were not replaced and one of the

RV Awning Co. of AZ did a great job at the end of January, 2019 and the 4 custom fit awnings added to our motorhome continue to look and work great. Placing an awning on the driver's side window was a challenge due to the A-pillar angle, but RV Awning got it done. The black, SunBrella Acrylic fabric is truly weather resistant and still looks like new 15 months later. The awning rolls up and down beautifully.
