(USC) was incorporated in 1997 as a courier company to personally transport US Government secure materials from site to site, and in 2006 USC started escorting controlled materials through manufacturing companies. USC personally picks up US Government controlled materials at contractor facility and delivers the material to a contractor or US Government facility.
