Established in 2011, Well-Staged Interiors, LLC. is a luxury home staging company founded by Kim Messina. Since 1998, Kim has successfully helped friends and family style their homes to live in and stage them to sell. It was their encouragement for her to make it her profession.
Based in Long Island, New York, Kim, oversees all aspects of the company's staging projects designed for the client to have a harmonious environment to live in or to bring a client's home to market in a timely and profitable manner.Her passion for design, keen organization skills and ability to pay attention to detail make her ideally suited to style her client's homes and maximize their value.

The art of home staging encompasses balance, symmetry and energy, while achieving a level of simplicity that adds to the overall charm. We set the stage for the seller of occupied and vacant properties to get their home sold fast and for top dollar! Well-Staged Interiors will utilize existing furnishings in an already occupied home, or replace them with furnishings that will complement the particular style of the home. We focus on what needs to be repaired, painted, de-cluttered, de-personalized, and we will make necessary recommendations. Adding and/or repositioning furniture and accessories will bring each room together in a more cohesive fashion so that they appear larger & brighter.
As agents, we are always doing our best to guide our clients as to the best way to feature their homes, both inside and out. Clients are frequently reticent to spend too much money especially if they may already be at "their bottom line." My new clients, have a very small ranch and an extension room that baffled them as to how to furnish or make special enough so that the buyers would see it as a huge plus rather than a problem room.
