It was quite good. The restaurant is physically small inside. They have outdoor seating but it was chilly and raining, so we sat inside. My wife got the soft shell crab. I got the breaded/fried oysters. Both were good.
The fries are coated so they are tasty and crunchy.
Service today was slow. There was only one person shucking oysters and she was also our waitress. The other workers apparently did not know how to do this. So our waitress would get so busy shucking oysters that we would basically be forgotten.

We hadn't been here in a very long time because of a bad experience. Heard from a friend, it was amazingly delicious ! So, we joined the Shuck You club for daily texts about specials. The prices are so low... we were very skeptical . We sat outside, it was chilly, but bearable. Torch heaters for outdoor dining in chilly weather would be suggested . Raquel, our server, was very friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. We ordered the Filet and Shrimp Monday Special: $12.99!!!!! During our recent trip to Cape Coral, my lady friend and I kept on hearing about this place called the Twisted Lobster. So, we gave it a try. I thank God we did. I had the Hogfish dinner. My friend had the "Kickass Seabass." Both were incredible...I mean INCREDIBLE! We also tried the shrimp, the oysters, the clam chowder...Again, Incredible! We actually dined there the rest of our trip. My name is Bill, and I am a "Seafood Junkie", as well as a darn good critic. You know when you go on vacation and stop somewhere for a quick bite, fall in love, and then eat there two more times before you leave? That's what happened for me. I had the grouper and cod baskets and the soft shell crab. It was all delicious, but the crab was especially good it was so tender and fresh, and the sauce (remoulade?) was excellent. The prices are great, and you get a lot of quality seafood for the price. My friends said the ribs and lobster bisque were great too. I'll definitely be coming back here when I'm in the area again.

Awesome seafood restaurant in Cape Coral !! We loved the food so much we will definitely go back again ! Had haddock and scallops and swordfish and lobster with lobster bisque. Excellent service as well. This restaurant is a true gem ! I can’t wait to go back and try more menu items. I can’t say enough good things about the awesome delicious food

The best thing you can do is sign up for their daily discounts on amazing food. I am not kidding when I say this is The Best Clam Chowder I have ever had. And I have had a lot of great ones and made them as well. This is the King to me. All of the rest of the food follows in line. Well cooked and prepared and delicious. You will never be disappointed.

This place is a gem in Cape Coral. The food and service were exceptional. We had ahi tuna and calamari for appetizers they were delicious. The lobster bisque was good. The lobster sampler and the Florida key sampler was cooked and plated perfectly. The soft shell crabs were cooked to perfection. Love this place. 10/10

Wonderful! We were just driving by and trying to go to a restaurant down the street. Lucky us! Had a sampler with warm shrimp, lobster and hogfish. Clam chowder was close to the best one I have ever had. Hogfish had a Parmesan crust that was fantastic. I have never had peel and eat shrimp warm and now I prefer it that way. Cole slaw was also good even though I thought the pineapple would be bad in it but I was wrong. Husband had blackened chicken sandwich and it was equally as good as everything else.

This place is so cute inside…very nice decorations and a nice atmosphere. There’s a boat hanging from the ceiling which is awesome.
I ordered the lobster roll and fries special for 11.99 and wow it was one of the best lobster rolls I’ve had!! I also decided to try the clam chowder based on other reviews and it DEFINITELY lived up to its reputation.

This is a small restaurant with a half dozen or so inside tables, a few stools at a bar area and a few tables outside. I'm not sure I would want the outside tables as it's right on Del Prado but maybe you don't mind that. We were warmly greeted and seated immediately. Welp where to begin. Visiting from Chicagoland and since were in Cape Coral, I knew I "needed" shrimp.
We landed on TL and wow, so glad! We got peel-n-eat shrimp, grilled shrimp basket, and bourbon glazed salmon. Wow ! Everything hit the mark.
The flavors were spot on, portions perfect, and a great value.
Bonus: severs and staff all masked up. We will fit in another visit for sure.

Check the specials menu for the week as there is some great value. We got the twin lobster tails on Wednesday, along with the lobster bisque, and a couple lobster rolls.
We were pleasantly surprised with the flavor and how quickly the food arrived. Will come back soon to try a fresh catch fish and sit outside as the dining room can be a little small.

If you like seafood this is the place to be. The outdoor or indoor service was fast. The server was on top of everything. The food. The food was excellent. We couldn't decide between the crab chowder or the lobster bisque... We got both, and it was completely worth it. The burger, the steak, and the fish were cooked to perfection. I cannot say enough positive about the place. I can see myself returning to try all of the other things on the menu.

My husband are every bite.
This restaurant is absolutely amazing. The only disappointment is that it took us three months to find this fantastic restaurant. I had the Chilean sea bass it melted in my mouth!!! The best I ever had.

I wish I could say I really loved the food here as we were very excited to try them out. I ordered the Parmesan crusted hog fish and shrimp and it’s really just panko and Parmesan thrown on top of the food, no additional seasoning. It was definitely not cheap and really had little to no flavor. The hog fish and chips were good, the flavor of the breading was really good. The fries are also really good and crispy. We also had the 3 lobster tails which were ok as well. Nothing really wowed us. My daughter loves shrimp but couldn’t eat her grilled shrimp because they’re flavored with some heavy

Best clam chowder we have had in SW Florida. The lobster roll was delicious. The Lobster Mac n Cheese was sinful--creamy with lots of lobster. The Fish and Chips basket was crunchy and a huge portion size. We loved the battered fries too.
Overall a restaurant I can't wait to come back to. So much still left to try. My only complaint is they didn't sell t-shirts. I wanted a souvenir!

The first visit I had the lunch version of the Reef and Beef - a 4oz lobster tail with steak, broccolini and replacing the mashed potatoes for the bacon brussel sprouts.
The second visit I ordered the triple lobster tails (3- 4 oz tails), broccolini and again choosing to skip mashed

I wish there was a Twisted Lobster close to home in Texas for me! Starting off with appetizers, their Lobster Bites were an absolute dream. I honestly could have ordered more and made it my main entree. I was truly sad when I looked down and realized I had eaten all the bites...
The rest of my meal was delicious and solidified my opinion on the restaurant. I had ordered the basket of shrimp blackened and looooved the taste. It was seasoned wonderfully!
Overall it was a great meal, but MAN - I'd come back just for the Lobster Bites!
