On Xmas eve a tree fell on my car. With all the pain of dealing with insurance I made a hectic decision. I went ahead with glass fixes without an inspection and was planning to add the invoice to my claim later and get reimbursed. Rest assured insurance gave me a hard time and didn't pay. Mario and his team had already been paid by me, went and picked up the OEM glass from a burb and were rdy to install for me on short notice. But they were kind enough to refund me IN FULL when I explained my situation! The communication was so easy with them. I hope I never have to replace my glass again

My passenger car window was shattered due to a break in. I found out later in the day and I was in a panic trying to file police report, file my insurance claim and find some place to fix it! The insurance company found Mario and at the last hour he was not only able to fix it he kept the car safe in his garage while he waited for the window to come in! I slept good that night knowing my car was safe and it was going to get fixed! He even cleaned up the glass out of my car! I recommend him 1000%

This place is AWESOME! I emailed them asking for a quote for my mom's 2008 Kia Rio windshield replacement and they responded quickly. When I arrived for my appointment, they were so friendly and took care of the car in less than an hour.

Someone shattered the rear windshield of my car so was looking for a local business to replace it. Called Safe Auto Glass and spoke with Arbi who confirmed that the windshield could be ordered and recommended my coming in first thing in the morning. I arrived the next morning and Mario helped me. Mario and the guys at SAG Co turned my whole week around today with stellar service and quality work. Some unknown thief had busted my window and stolen my tools, which kinda ruined my week. But after just walking right into the SAG shop with no appointment they helped me right away and got me back on the road with a replacement window in less than an hour. Thank you Mario and crew!

The guys at Safe Auto Glass are the best! Forever my go-to for any auto glass issues. Definitely going to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and quick place for auto glass services. Took about 3 hours for a windshield replacement (they had to calibrate the camera on the windshield). Fairly priced and great customer service!

My moms car window was unfortunately cracked by a rock on the highway and I'd end up paying more through insurance unfortunately. Well not so unfortunate as I was helped out by Arbi and his team who were all very kind and Covid friendly . Arbi and his team got my moms car taken care of the next day on a busy Saturday with no problems!! Not only was the service great the price was unbelievable I'll say as much as I've had to pay double the price before to get my windshield repaired! Def don't want another broken window but in case I have one I know where I'm going for the

I came into this place with a late afternoon appointment as I was in desperate need of a chip repair on my windshield. The owner Mario was super friendly, professional, and did an amazing job repairing and filling the crack. The location is clean, and very affordable compared with other places in the Hollywood area. I would highly recommend Safe Auto Glass to anyone in need of professional and affordable windshield services. Make sure that you always ask for Mario!

I know nothing about cars and even less about car repairs. I found Safe Auto Glass online and called to describe what I thought I needed. This was late on a Wednesday afternoon and I spoke with Arbi. He gave me an estimate and told me he would need to get the part. I drove over to their Santa Monica Blvd. shop the next morning so he could take a look at the car. He did and told me it wouldn't cost as much as he had thought. We had a really nice chat and I asked him to order the part. Mario was AMAZING! A rock hit my front windshield and I had to get the entire window replaced. I was having trouble finding the right brand to match to view the heads up display clearly, but Mario was soooo patient and helped me find the perfect one for an amazing price!
