Occasionally, we just can't bring ourselves to pass up a great deal on a piece that is not technically antique yet, but just well on it's way! Some may be considered Shabby Chic, some just shabby, but for the most part, these are quality used pieces, and we are happy to pass along the savings to you.
Northern Michigan firs and hardwood have long been prized for their use in making quality furniture, and Kelly's is located right in the heart of it all. We use only the highest grade lumber which is sawn and kiln dried on our premises in order to insure the finest product. Many of our customers appreciate the look of antique or primitive furniture, but with more up-to-date features, and in a size that fits their particular need.

(Not related!) Don is friendly and talented. His barn is full of gems ready to be transformed and reborn :-) He works hard until you are completely satisfied with your color choices. We were given a table we frankly disliked but Don helped us turn it into something we love. He even built us a bench to match the table and painted a fun mismatched set of chairs to pull it all together. It was fun and we love the final product.
