When I went out to search for care for my parents, it was a bit overwhelming. The physician we worked with who let us know our options of care, and I knew immediately I wanted to do what I could to keep them at home as long as possible if I was able. Home Care Assistance answered my phone call immediately when others had not and was there the next day. I needed modest care on very short notice. Their service was quick, kind and thorough. They came the next day after I called and were able to set up care for about 3 days later. The service was perfect, kind and helpful. When it became apparent that my elderly mother needed extra help at home, we contacted Home Care Assistance. Kristy met with us and explained what a caregiver could provide for us. She described how she matches up a client with a caregiver taking into consideration the client's needs and personality. Kristy matched my mother with the very best caregiver we could ever have hoped for. Our caregiver was knowledgeable with a great deal of experience, caring, compassionate and a great cook. After researching and interviewing multiple home care agencies in the Montgomery area, my husband I chose Home Care Assistance to provide care for my brother-in-law. Home Care Assistance was there when I needed help with my grandmother. They were there while I was at work during the day so my grandmother could stay at home and be cared for instead of having to go into a nursing home. The staff was very friendly and attentive to her needs and really engaged her mind right up till the day she passed. They really helped when hospice was brought in. I couldn’t thank Home Care Assistance enough for being there when me grandmother needed it most! Would recommend this company to any and everyone!
