This 1-hour class is for anyone to learn easy-to-follow mindfulness techniques to calm the mind, ease the body into relaxation, and awaken the spirit. Tranquil sounds of singing bowls, guided imagery, and the soothing sound of one's own breath, allow a genuine experience of having a deep connection within.
