AVOID LOU AND KNL PAVING, DON'T DISREGARD PAST POOR REVIEWS LIKE I DID! I hired Lou to pave my driveway. First impression was good. He did the first part of removing the driveway and laying the base. I paid the 50% and it went down hill from there. He didn't show up to pave on the scheduled date TWICE. Had zero courtesy, no phone call, no explanation or apology. He texted to reschedule a third date which I agreed too. He got offended when I called him out on his actions. He abandoned the project. Lou will push your project aside at his convenience. Hired Lou to do my driveway. I would give the job a C-. Grading was uneven, track marks were obvious, etc.. Lou agreed and told me he would come back to touch it up. But he was very eager to get paid, so out of good faith I paid him what was owed and trusted he would return. Instead he went dark for 2 months and sent me an offensive email instead. I guess my bad for trusting Lou. I'll be redoing this next summer. It was a basic job.There have to tons of more qualified, legit guys out there.
