I’ve been a therapist for over a decade and wanted to go off on my own. I thought I was getting a blend of benefits of a group practice and private practice. What I got was a lot messier than I imagined, and it caused more stress than it alleviated. CareCloud is the software used by Therapist Solutions and it is antiquated, unintuitive, overly complicated, and unreliable. One of the worst programs I’ve ever used. There are a few nice people there, but the software is what my clients and I are using daily.

Extremely rude customer service. They were quoted mistakenly by insurance, so they charged me for something that is actually covered. When I called, they didn't apologize (perhaps because they felt that they didn't make the mistake directly) and kept interrupting me. So I let the representative finish explaining. When it was my turn to talk, she did not have the same courtesy for me and couldn't let me get more than five words in before interrupting again

I have had an awesome experience with therapist solutions for my private practice. I was referred to them through my partner who also uses their company. I have been with Therapist Solutions for 8 years, and they save me both time and money, and will work to collect unpaid bills. They're available any time by phone should you have a problem, and work toward a fast solution. They are well worth having , and all the employees are cordial and helpful. The patient and caring staff at Therapist Solutions has been a lifesaver during private practice startup. They're ready with an answer for any question I have, even if they have to explain it more than once! Their quick and thorough response to calls/emails is better than any other support professionals I've worked with. They're well-versed in all aspects of the business side of therapy service provision, and have managed to speed up credentialing and billing processes without sacrifing accuracy. Great staff, great company. I recommend them without hesitation!
