I called around and A Alpha Bail Bonds stood out. This was the first time I had to bail someone out. Needless to say I asked many questions and everyone who I talked to was super helpful and had patience for all my questions. On my behalf, I didn't communicate on what time I was going to be there but the gentleman made an effort to come back to the office late in the night to help us out. He wasn't mad or anything, just super helpful and informative. Even tho it was late at night he made it to the jail and our loved one was out that night!! I appreciate everything A Alpha is doing for

I paid the ENTIRE BOND UP FRONT and did the paperwork quickly, got an email instantly that said they were on it and things would be taken care of quickly. NOT WHAT HAPPENED! The bail bonds woman decided to not even show up to the jail until 6-7 hours later. I had to call and ask why she hadn’t made it yet. When the man in the office gave her a call, that’s when she decided to head to the jail about 5 hours after the initial email stating, “They were on their way.” I would have expected better service!

These people are some of the most caring people iv'e ever met. They came out late at night to do a $500 dollar bond for me even after the fact they were closed. They arrived fast and took care of business. If you want some professional bail bonds THAT DON'T WASTE TIME; these are your people. They were the only ones that were kind enough to come out and help me after I called many bail bonds that refused to come out because they said it wasn't worth they're time or it was too late. I hope no one has to go through the experience of getting bail for a loved one or friend, but if you do, these are the people you want. They are very professional and will walk you through the process, letting you know all the ins and outs with true honesty. I am in another state which made getting bail more difficult and Donna was VERY helpful and willing to go the extra mile. They were even there when my son was released and let me talk with him.
