We contacted Walter after another company gave us a quote that was far too expensive (the other company was trying to take advantage of us). Walter was great! He gave us an honest quote with different options. We ended up going with a new unit. The work was both very reasonably priced and they did a fantastic job. Everything was cleanly done and they were very respectful of our home and our time. I don't know what to say other than I would refer them to anyone I could! I am extremely happy with my experience and I know that they try to provide the same level to every customer. Highly recommend

The AC coil in my furnace froze up and considering that my hvac system was over 15 years old, it made sense to have a new system installed. Walter gave me pricing on a few options and managed to get me scheduled quickly for an install within a few days. Walter is a great guy and he has a really good team. They updated my thermostat and installed a new furnace and ac unit in about 7 hours. I highly recommend Local Mechanical for your hvac needs!

We had Walter to our house to service our HVAC units and to also check on a cooling issue in two of our upstairs bedrooms. From the very beginning, Walter was extremely responsive and professional. He sent me an appointment reminder the day before and arrived promptly the day of. On his arrival, he briefly went over what the job entailed and made sure to explain things to me as the job progressed. He was very fair in his cost and thorough in his explanation of the work. Walter is very friendly and was respectful of our home. I will definitely use Local Mechanical in the future and highly recommend

Walter was so professional and truly taught us a lot about our ac options. He was very honest, helped us make the right choice and worked with our budget.
