Went in and were slightly greeted. Walking around was very cramped and hard to navigate. We were definitely not told where we could and couldn't go to look at the inventory. Cars could use a dusting and the overall look of the building was slightly dirty. Multiple cobwebs around the location, flickering lights. Definitely did not see the advertised 75 cars either.

The entire group at Whitaker was responsive and professional. The exact car I had been looking for showed up on their lot. I called them and was able to see the car immediately. They performed a host of small fixes and touch-ups, made the financing super easy, and delivered me the car I really wanted. Nice job CJ and Tom.

Whitaker Sports and Import Cars had exactly the vehicle I was looking for, and more competitively priced than other similar ones in the area. Overall, I had a great car buying experience here! I worked with Brett, who was very helpful and easy to work with! He was great at answering any questions I had during the test drive. This was my first time buying from Whitaker, but I will for sure be back in the future when the need for a different car arises...definitely recommend!

My salesman was very pleasant to work with, but I am disappointed by my experience here and likely won’t be back. I wanted a car with excellent safety features and purchased a Volvo. I specifically mentioned the rear camera and how much I appreciate having it, and was never told my car doesn’t have a rear camera installed. I found out afterwards and when I asked Whitaker about it, they acted surprised and had to check paperwork to see it didn’t in fact have that feature. I was told I can pay to have it installed—for a huge fee. No thanks. I will not be paying extra for something everyone

Joe went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied with the condition of the used, '01 Jeep Grand Cherokee that I bought in early March of '16. Joe offered to take the Jeep to my mechanic for an inspection while I was at work. THAT is great service! After finding some relatively minor mechanical issues, we reached a fair price and I am very satisfied with the purchase. I would not hesitate to do business with Whitaker again, especially with Joe.

I purchased a vehicle two weeks ago from this dealer and I was absolutely amazed on how they run their dealership.. This is not your ordinary car dealership, their vehicles are all indoors and on two levels and as they told me, it's all warehouse pricing and that's why they are price leaders in the market. I was really surprised with this place and the first words out of my mouth was Wow, this is really cool..
They were very knowledgeable about the cars and each and every vehicle I test drove was spotless and ready to go and the majority of them were still under the original factory warranty.
