In 1998 Stratus Environmental teamed with Olver Laboratories of Blacksburg, Virginia to provide air compliance services to Olver Labs clientele in the Southeast. The teaming arrangement brought new manufacturing expertise to Olver Labs, resulting in a significant expansion of their client base in the Southeast.
