In January of 2019, I went on a mission trip through an organization called Community Coalition for Haiti with a group of nurses, surgical technicians, and physicians to perform much needed surgical procedures and general medical exams in Jacmel, Haiti. The group was led by Dr. Laurie Dabinett, who is a both an excellent surgeon and generous spirit.

Jade Vanorsdale is a licensed Cosmetic Laser Technician. She was trained at the National Laser Institute in Scottsdale, Arizona, and is currently finishing the requirements to become a licensed esthetician. Jade's passion for skincare and wellness is evident in the glow you will have when you leave her care!
When you call Blossom Medical, the friendly voice assisting you is most likely Ashley. Ashley grew up in Winchester and graduated from James Wood High School. She enjoys her new role with Blossom Medical because she enjoys how Dr Nieman really has a heart for taking care of her patients! When not at work, Ashley enjoys being outside!
These products are made of a protein that acts to quiet down the expression muscles of the face. This softening of the muscle activity helps to reduce the dynamic lines that you make while talking and laughing, and also help to soften the more set-in, static lines that are there even at rest. These medicines can also be used to achieve some special effects on the face!

Let me start by saying that I never write reviews, this is very rare indeed. I’m 57 and decided to try to find someone local for my second experience with dermal fillers. What a stroke of luck finding Dr Nieman. Dr Nieman is so professional, caring and explains everything. I am going back for a second visit next week to have some additional work (my choice to split into 2 visits). My first experience was so positive that I’m really looking forward to my second. I was very nervous having fillers the day before Thanksgiving but I looked just fine, in fact the results were already starting to

I am 42 years old and have been getting Botox and fillers on and off for the last several years. I have been to multiple offices in the Northern Virginia area and stumbled upon Dr. Nieman’s office by accident. I am so happy that I did. I went in thinking that I wanted a particular treatment and after spending an hour with me and analyzing my skin and face she very honestly stated that she did not believe that the service I was considering would give me the results I wanted. She mapped out areas on my face to show me where she could strategically place fillers to give me the result I was looking
