Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Responsiveness
It’s been weeks now and I still have not heard back from them for a no-call no-show appointment. No returned call to reschedule or apologize. I do not recommend them to anyone. As new customers, this experience was below satisfactory and extremely disappointing in their lack of professionalism.
