Well first off, if you’re looking for anything BRP, avoid this place, it’s so Honda red the can-am signage should be removed. Went in for some replacement belts, oil and fuel additive for ski-doo. Wanted to also look at a few side by sides… guess what?! They had none of these things. After walking around the whole shop, and not seeing a soul, went to the way back and asked the guy at the service desk for the belts. Was told because these are such “popular belts” they’re out of stock and not getting any until end of next week at the earliest. ? Just a thought but if they are so popular

Seem to be not very knowledgeable about parts and service. Not a very good inventory on hand of both motorcycles and products. I have had more than one poor experience here.

Wouldn’t recommend for any service work.
My experience started last winter, when my husband took my jet ski in for an oil change and be winterized. This spring I opened my jet ski to find the battery missing and extra parts (including a title) to someone else’s jet ski. When I saw the parts, I felt like they may go to my jet ski but couldn’t find them listed anywhere. I contacted the person on the title thinking it was the previous owner of my ski. No Dr Powersports gave me someone else’s belongings. It caused the owner and myself to be very alarmed. I let Dr Powersports know and there

Took our 2 SeaDoo jet skis in to be serviced. First words I hear are 2 stoke or 4? I tell them 2 stroke and they say we don't work on them. I don't even want engine work done! Wouldn't even look at them. This is the second time I've had an unpleasant experience with them. Never again. So much for being a SeaDoo dealer.

Purchased a dirt bike and 4 wheeler last Fall at the same time. The purchase experience went fairly well. Although it was hard to get a hold of the salesman at times we were satisfied with the overall experience. However, arranged for them to do routine service on both vehicles and fix a minor problem on the 4 wheeler this spring. They had them for over 6 weeks! We would call and half the time no one would answer. Leave a voice mail and no one would respond. If you did get a hold of someone they would promise to check on our vehicles and get back to us but they never would. My best guess is that

I don't know that I would trust there service department. I drove 1.5 hours to get factory service on my Sea-Doo. They forgot to reset the maintenance required code. Did the service even happen??

Another Great experience at dr powersports. I recently went in to look at some watercraft and was greeted nicely I was asked about my needs and given a quote of how much. It was pretty cool to have someone really care about my business. good job guys.
