3. We do NOT use "alternative investments", limited partnerships, non-publicly traded real estate investment trusts, options strategies, and complex "trading strategies" for our clients. These investments tend to have high fees/commissions associated with them. These investments usually tend to have very poor returns in reality.
We are focused on investing in securities that will provide a rising stream of income to our clients while keeping the cost of investing as low as possible. Individual Stocks - We search for good businesses with sustainable models with strong histories of dividend growth, and with a history of returning profits to their owners.
