We love it here and are going to miss it! The kielbasa and sauerkraut is amazing as is their German potato salad. Their sandwiches are also really good. The bacon in their BLT is amazing and the Italian sandwich is also one of the best. Definitely worth a stop here for food that you can then take up the mountain and eat while you enjoy the view there or at the Hawk's nest.

Amazing sandwiches made here! Great selection of polish food and treats. I LOVE THE SMOKED SPRATS AND THE SALMON IN A CAN! A tad bit pricey, but worth it.
The owner always seem a bit serious... I always want to ask him if he's ok, but his IS very friendly!
I do also feel like they need more help in the store.

A good Europian Specialty Deli is hard to find in a rural area. Not only does JJ fill that void, but the variety is very good along with quality provisions from specialty vendors. It's such a pleasure to shop for cold cuts without seeing that Boars Head label anywhere in this entire Deli. I was reluctant to post this review out of selfishness so others wouldn't go to JJ's to buy out everything I usually buy - just kidding. They usually have a good supply on hand. If they are out of something, it's likely that it's a supply chain issue with the distributor being much of it comes from overseas. Head

Excellent selection of (mostly)Eastern European goods. Prices are very fair considering there are no other delis in the area offering the same products. You can do your grocery shopping there or come in for a meal. Staff is friendly and diligent. The owner is a hard working man who offers fresh, high quality products and consistent service, the likes of which are unique to him and his business in the tri-state area. Try their imported meats and cheeses, Boar's Head can't even compete.

My absolute favorite Polish store outside of Greenpoint Brooklyn! I've been taking the drive all the way out here for years the food is so good. The nostalgic memories of my youth bubble up every time I walk in and smell the hand crafted meats of walks with my grandparents to the store for fresh Polish goods. Such happy times. They carry everything from the meats to cheeses to cooked Polish food to perogies to imported foods. They hands down have the best of everything with staff that are as equally amazing. This place is a gem tucked away in this town. P.S. get some gypsy

I love finding a good deli that can accommodate gluten free requests. I was able to get a HUGE deli sandwich that came with chips, salad and a pickle. It was such a great deal and it was so delicious.
This made me happy because I can't really get deli sandwiches often due to my need for gluten free bread. There are so many options on the menu and my sandwich was stacked high! I was so full after eating my sandwich and it really hit the spot. My fiancé had a sandwich on a roll and he was just as impressed.
I'll definitely be stopping in again. I

My family and I have been going here for years, and it is one of my favorite places to shop! It is like walking into a European deli and carries a lot of Polish + German products that my husband's grandparents used to have in their home. Great jams, condiments, cheeses and homemade polish sausage. Every year it is a tradition to get a mixed bag of their amazing european candies and chocolates - a treat! Love the people too. Very friendly and good to their customers. Great place.

This place got great yelp reviews so we decided to stop in on one of our yearly road trips. We got a Reuben that was out of this world. Everyone there was so helpful. Also picked up some chocolate bars from Poland! Highly recommend this place! Will be back on our next road trip !!! Would have taken a picture but we wolfed down the food in record time.

Delicious... my first time to this polish deli and I am absolutely returning. The food is out of this world. I order an Italian sandwich and two spicy tv sticks which are basically homemade slim Jim's but so much better. The sandwich was fresh, loaded with ten different meats and cheeses. The service here was so friendly and the atmosphere was really cute. It gives off this specialty food vibe while still being welcoming. I'm hooked on this place and can't wait to try something different tomorrow!!!

Asked for Italian combo got mayo and mustard, everything for oil and vinegar. The liverwurst has nothing but, salt no mustard. The owner when, I complained said he just had some and it was good. He refused to give my moneyback. It's my prerogative when I told he I was a long time customer and I wouldn't come back. The soda is even stale and where'smy cookie? ! My dog won't eat the no mustard sandwich. Very disappointed!

Went with hubby today....he treated himself to some bacon, sausages, kielbasa and some brandy filled chocolates. Very clean store, well organized and helpful staff. New ownership so bring cash because their credit card machine is not working yet.
