The first time I went, my nail tech seemed kinda rude and was rough with my hands and he cut 3 of my fingers making me bleed. I thought it was maybe just an off day or something so I tried going there again a few weeks later with a friend. This time a woman was doing my nails and also appeared to be slightly rude and not focused at all. Almost every one of my nails was a different shape, I had to correct her multiple times and tell her some of the nails were uneven. On a few nails there was visible spots of nail with no acrylic or color and then not even 24 hours later, the top coat was peeling

My nails turned are nothing like I expected..after leaving I noticed the side of 3 of my nails were missed, the shape of my nails are no longer coffin, which I wanted! I've never been there before... the gentleman they have working there is ruff and has an " I DONT WANT TO BE HERE" attitude...I went out of my comfort zone and now I know why I've Always went to Sassy's..

My husband and I went in for pedicures on 12/26/21. Making the appointment was challenging as the person on the phone didn't understand me nor I them.
My husband requested a Deluxe spa pedicure (40 mins) for $45 - their description: Receive all services in our spa pedicure with added sugar, enjoy longer hot stones massage and foot mask steamed with hot towels. He was done in 20 min. so not much massage/stone time.
I requested the Deluxe Royal Spa Pedicures with OPI Products (45 mins)
$50 - their description: You will delight all services in our deluxe spa pedicure with added lemons to clean

We drove over an hour just for Christmas pedicures- I will never go here again! Judging by conversation with other business owners in the immediate area, my horrible "spa" experience was not a first or unheard of.
Tepid water, no scents, no massage, no pride in work, just went through the motions half heartedly. No conversation, the male appeared to be angry to work on me and did not put any effort into completing minimal tasks (clunky white bracelet) or making me feel welcomed.
The entire process took 17 minutes, seriously from the time I walked in the door to being left

I called last minute to see if they could get me in yesterday and she told me they could. When I got there she told me to have a seat and wait which I did. The guy that did my nails listened to exactly what I wanted, file them down half the current length and use structure gel before the polish, he used the pink acrylic powder but it came out the same. I was very happy with my experience and will be coming back for sure. I see a lot of others complaining and saying the price is too expensive but I didn’t think $35 was bad at all. These awesome ladies and gentlemen have been my go to place for nails and pedicures the past 9 months! They are proficient and very creative. They listen to their clients and do their best to make sure everyone is happy with their finished product. I recommend them to anyone I meet looking for a nail salon! They got me in right away. The person who did my nails seem to be in a hurry. Tried to dry the acrylic fast with a heater, not meant for nails, and burned my nails. I asked for coffin nails and they are not even and some of them don't look like coffin. The gel nail polish already peeled off when I took a shower. It was poorly done and it cost a fortune as well. I will not be going back here.

Used to go to Pro Nails. Started coming here and won’t go anywhere else. They always get me in quickly and are very professional. I absolutely love my nails. I never break them or need touch ups. I get pedicures here too. They are amazing!! The extra time and care they give you is so worth it. Love this place !!! Plus they remember me and know exactly what I like. Great service!!

I'm from Oregon, and I think that the nail salons there deserve a lot more credit for what they do after being at this place. I got a mani pedi and it was awful, and I left feeling more stressed than when I came in! The paint job on my toes is horrible and it was rushed. The price for the "deluxe" is the same as the deluxe pedicure that I get in Oregon, but in Oregon, I get 10x more: hot wax, multiple hot stones used on my feet, hot rag, and a cooling lotion afterward. I will never go back to this nail salon! I have been to many others in the area and never been treated with such disrespect!! I have a disability that causes a slight limp and my right hand to clench into a fist. Typically, when I get a gel polish manicure, they do my thumb separate from my other fingers when placing them under the light. The following was my experience:

Absolute worst experience I have ever had with a pedicure. My friend (a local) has had a bad experience here before but we decided to give them a second chance because they were able to fit us in before closing on the day I was passing through town. That is the only reason I gave them more than one star. The lady I had working on me was one of the pushiest people I've ever encountered. I told her I wanted express pedi ($20), she insisted on doing the classic ($35), telling me it was better for me, I needed it. One of the worst experiences i've ever had. I would like to live through my father leaving me as a boy 50 times over than ever go back to this shack. They treat a customer as if they are a chore. I understand being busy, but accepting walk-ins that you simply can't handle is not professional. I waited for over an hour before I was even ACKNOWLEDGED by a nail tech. The manicure was not what i asked for and rushed. I would have rather been turned away than have to wait for a manicure i could have done better myself. My paint peeled immediately when I got home some of my nail polish is completely gone and I paid extra for the magnet polish which mules the polish look really cool so it was a bummer the nail polish is peeling off as well they were very rough my nails when using the file it was a bit painful. The salon looked very cute though and the shape of wasn't thick and lumpy and 5 out of my 10 nails look good and arent peeling, I'll give them that.

I took my younger sister there to get gel done for her and acrylics for myself. They put us in spots very far away from eachother purposefully so that my 11 year old sister couldn't speak up if something went wrong. My sister showed the lady the white hel that she wanted and then she starts painting my sisters nails a dark blue. And the lady was cutting my sisters cuticles and made them bleed. Terrible. The place is filthy. I didnt see anyone unwrap clean tools. They're all about quantity over quality. I went in for a mani/pedi and they stared taking the old gel polish off of my fingernails while i was still in the pedi chair, making it super awkward and not relaxing. And, of course the manicure was terrible because she was just rushing through it so she could get to the 5 people she had lined up. When you have to file & clean your nails when you get home from a manicure, something went wrong. I won't be back.

Musical chairs and an attitude!!!
I made an appointment for 2 pedicures and a fill. They had us sit for a pedicure then they had us move to different chairs before starting. We got our pedis and the guys were nice. The 2 stars are for them only. They then had me sit in a chair and started to unpolish my nails. The guy stopped and left (would be nice to know what's going on). So, they asked me to sit on the other side. I sat for a few minutes but nothing happened. Finally, the owner/manager (?) had me move to her station. I was thinking "okay they've gotta be messing with me now

This has been the best pedicure I have ever had! Ken massaged each foot and leg a long time. Using pressure points as well as massage. The pedi was very good as well. The spa is clean and bright and the staff quiet but friendly. The massage chairs comfortable and in working order except one. 14 pedicure stations I was in the chair getting a pedicure within 5 minutes even with no appointment. Water was offered to all customers. I will definitely be back!

I am new to town and this was by far, The Worse Experience I have ever had in a nail salon.
They were so rude and acted as though they were doing me a favor by giving me a pedicure, and they were not even busy(that should have been my first clue). The man who gave me the pedicure flung my feet around like they were not attached to my body and kept poking me with his nails. There was nothing luxurious about this salon and I will not be going back.

I was looking forward to a nice relaxing pedicure but ho- hum, I was underwhelmed. There were about 3 other people in the salon so I thought for sure I'd get a great experience. I requested the deluxe spa pedicure for $45 just to make sure I got pampered. Not so much. I should've just got the basic because that's what it was. There was no massage just different rubs they put on my legs. Not sure I'll give it another chance.

Avoid at all cost! Came here twice in the past and paid $170 for nails and pedicure had done by a man it was great came back had it done by a woman and same amount of money and the nails were chipping breaking see through within five days came back they fixed it and I'm back five days later because three more nails have broken and and are see through and they won't guarantee their work so now I'm having to have them removed and that cost money. Will never ever come back and do not recommend. Do not come here.

I'm just visiting in town and went here based on the reviews. I called to make a reservation and had no problem getting in. The minute I walked in the door I was sat down and attended to by Ryan.
This was my first time getting gels and I was done in 20 minutes. I'm very happy with the end result. A tiny bit of polish on my skin, but not too big of a deal.
Facilities were clean and from start to finish, my experience was very good.
