Midtown Market
We carry high quality local produce, organic foods and unique flavors that you won't find easily anywhere else in our region. At Midtown Market we have something for everyone, from made to order sandwiches and Boar's Head meats and cheeses in our deli, to custom cuts of steak and other responsibly-raised meats found in our meat shop.

We partner with local farmers and producers in order to carry as many locally-resourced fruits, vegetables and other products made in western Kentucky. In fact, we carry more Kentucky Proud products than almost any other grocery retailer in this end of the state.
Services
The days of finding a neighborhood grocery store, with easy access to seasonal produce from local farms had nearly become extinct in western Kentucky. That is until Midtown Market founder Andy Carloss decided to bring the qualities of life that he enjoyed while living in Boston back to his hometown of Paducah, Ky.
While not all of the products we sell are certified organic foods we do carry a wide variety of organic fruits and vegetables, as well as all-natural meats and snack foods. You'll find a plethora of grains in our bulk bins and can choose from a selection of grass fed meats, all-natural and never frozen chicken, and all-natural and cage free eggs.
As the first Paducah grocer to carry Boar's Head meats and cheeses in our deli, we like to introduce our customers to quality foods that they may not find anywhere else in western Kentucky. There are a variety of low-sodium and gluten-free options available. Our deli case is filled with delicious alternatives to the fast food sandwiches and flavorless menu items that our customers want to avoid.
Before you pop that frozen dinner into the microwave tonight, consider picking up a fresh, weeknight meal prepared by Midtown Market. Our dinner menu changes daily and is served hot and fresh Monday through Friday from 4:30 to 6:00 p.m. Each meal is served hot and includes a main dish and two sides.
When you don't have time to cook for a crowd, check out Midtown Market's catering menu and services. Our catering menu is loaded with fresh, made-to-order sandwiches, salads and side items. Our deli trays can be filled with all-natural meats, assorted cheeses, fresh fruits and vegetables. We can also arrange sandwich trays, which feature Midtown Market's signature sandwiches.

Love this grocery store. Fresh always produce, good meats, fantastic selection of both normal and specialized groceries. To top it off, they make really fantastic sandwiches!

This place has the best prepared dishes and possibly best butcher/meat department around. The produce is top notch and all the cheeses and other offerings are superb. This grocer only offers quality. If the item is available elsewhere in town, it will be the same price here. You only pay for quality, not excessive markup.
The deli is a perfect place for artisan sandwiches. It is also a great place to stop for the closest dinner to home-cooked, without being cooked at home.
Stop here for an elevated grocery experience. Not only will you be supporting a healthier, happier you... You will be supporting

If you're looking for fresh veggies or deli meats you've come to the right place! Also friendly faces great customer service and unique grocery items. This Market is centrally located on the fringe of Paducah's West End and on the main street that bisects the North side and the South side of the city. Easy access and ample parking makes shopping here actually enjoyable!

I would give it 5 stars, but a few days ago I stood in line for nearly 20 minutes waiting on a sandwich. I could hear the girls in there cussing, and I think the shorts are very inappropriate. They should be longer. That's not very professional. The girl making my sandwich was in the back saying stuff I don't want to repeat. I've been a customer there at midtown for many years. No words for how unprofessional she looked, plus a few other girls wearing the same shorts. I just think it's very unprofessional. I have owned many business's and I would never let my employees dress that way. I don't think

The employees here are great but the food (fruit especially) goes bad within a day or two of purchasing. And they do not accept EBT. A bit too overpriced for the quality and it's disappointing they don't make it accessible to folks who use EBT.

The whole family loves this store. Their fresh squeezed orange juice is the best and we love the homemade white cheddar pimento cheese. If they have any left you gotta get the bacon wrapped jalapeño poppers from their deli.

On the expensive side without the quality that one would expect from a higher end market. They don't quite meet the standards that they think they do.

Deli: they seem to have a lot of call in business so you can expect to wait while the people behind the counter attend to orders for customers that aren't there. If you pay extra expecting convenience then you'll probably be disappointed.

Checkout: They post and advertise that they accept Apple Pay, but most frequently the cashiers do not know how to operate the equipment. Be sure to take your credit card.

Formerly Historic Myrick's (Family) Grocery of Paducah Midtown Market IS a great full-service grocery at the middle-section of the City of Paducah in McCracken County, KY.
Excellent deli and meat counters with a really good lunch menu with hot and cold foods! A little highly priced for my liking personally but Midtown Market delivers on, "Shop Local, Buy Local" with really good locally sourced products, goods and services.
Come by and see The Midtown Market Team at the corner of Nahm St. and Broadway in Paducah!

Yesterday was my first time at Midtown Market and it definitely lived up to the hype our area gives it! I loved the variety of items you could come in for. Produce, fresh meats, deli meats, specialty health products, vegan options, and what I took advantage of yesterday, their fresh made options. You can pick a plate for $8, pick a sandwich for around the same price, or opt for a freshly made daily soup. I went for a sandwich this time. I ordered the Briemix, it has turkey, melted brie, arugula, a cranberry compote spread, and apples, on this delicious bread (forgot it's exact name) with a

I'm so sorry Paducah doesn't have a decent affordable place where people can stock up on healthy food.
Earlier this year, I had to spend a few days in Paducah. The day I left, I went to the MM, picked up a few things and headed back to Nashville. The next day, I took the asparagus I purchased from the fridge and the stank hit me. It didn't look too bad, but the smell was atrocious. Obviously, it was old. I called them, told them about it, told them I wouldn't even be back for at least a few months - they said no worries, they had my name and they'd make sure I would either

I travel for work, and when I am considering a new assignment, the first thing I do is find out if there is a natural foods store in the area. I lived in California for 26 years, and my standards for organic food are high. For a town this size in a corner of Kentucky, this is a lovely little store. I'd prefer wild Alaskan salmon rather than Atlantic, but I am on the other coast now. Great deli selection. The people who work there, like everyone else in Paducah, are very, very nice. A gem.

Just moved to the area from Chicago and this is the ONLY organic fresh market I've located in about a 30 mile radius. So glad I found it. Fresh deli sandwiches and other homemade items. Natural meats and lots of products that you can find anywhere nearby.
I'd say it's a mini trader joes/ whole foods

Hit this place on the way to Grand Rivers, KY. Small, but packed full of goodies you wouldn't find at the nearby Walmart. They carry a lot of Boar's Head meats and cheeses. Definitely pricey, so be forewarned about the sticker shock.

A cross between a local specialty grocery and a campground store that supplies items for ill prepared campers.
Prices are higher than the average store, however, it's not like we are awash with options in the west part of the state.
Displays are well-kept with temperatures appropriate. You can expect to pay around a dollar more per pound for any fresh produce. When it comes to dry goods you can expect to pay 20 to 30% more than a larger city.
That being said, you will be able to find such delicacies as pickled cactus. Though I do not know, I can assume that this is something that is not available

I stopped in here with my sister and cousin while road tripping back to St. Louis from Nashville. After a weekend of barbeque, donuts, and adult beverages, we were looking for something light and healthy and Midtown Market definitely hit the spot!
I opted for a make your own sandwich which included Boar's Head cracked pepper turkey, lettuce, avocado, tomatoes, and honey mustard on whole wheat bread. Half of the sandwich filled me up, leaving the other half for lunch the following day.
As a Chicagoan, I thought the prices were very affordable. For $6.50, I got a plentiful sandwich with

When I moved back to Paducah, I assumed I left great delis in the city. (Sorry.) Midtown Market offers big flavor with local charm. The sandwiches are as good (or better) as any big city restaurant.

If you could widen your Talenti and Annie Chung's offerings and get me close to an authentic Cuban sandwich, I'll give you all of my money.

Midtown is a nice niche market, for people that want quality food. Quality food comes at a price though. It's a cafe - market of sorts, so you can also order sanwiches, sushi, etc depending on the day. I think the lunch items are overpriced. In Paducah I can't justify paying $8 for a sandwich and chips. They could charge $6 for their sandwiches and still make a 100% profit I imagine.

One thing I love about midtown is their solid coffee selection. Quills from the Louisville area is a solid choice if you're a coffee snob in Paducah. Midtown should consider carrying Sunergos, also
