Services
Payroll Services include on boarding, payroll, client and employee access online, timesheets, and both pay tubs with checks or direct deposit. We also prepare W-2 and 1099 NEC or 1099 MISC for clients. Our tax service includes individual and business tax preparation, partnerships, corporations and non-profits.
All fees are subject to our discount rates of 10% for students, 15% for military and 20% for seniors age 62 and above. The base fee for State Return is $89, however, we do allow for low income taxpayers at or below the Federal Poverty Guidelines a reduced rate. Both Federal and State returns may require additional form or schedules based on IRS or State Laws.
Mobile Tax Associates referrals give you a additional refund of 5% of the fees you paid within 30 days when your referral begins to work with us to prepare a return, amended a return or request a consult.
