I used this facility about a year-and-a-half ago. At that time I left work early and lost money, arrived on time and paid money only to sit in the waiting room for an hour and a half before being called in. Then I waited about 45 minutes in the exam room for the PA to show up. Then after that about another 30 minutes before actually seeing the doctor. Yes, I was actually in the facility for 4 hours. Fast forward to today. I decided to try them again seeing the doctor I saw last time was not there any longer. Again, I left work early and lost money, arrived and had to pay my co-pay upfront and again

Dr. Rolando Garcia did back surgery on my husband about 2 months ago. He had a full disc replacement. My husband and I are VERY happy with the outcome of the surgery! Dr. Garcia is such a humble, kind, knowledgeable Dr.! You can really tell that he cares about his work. We have no complaints! We recommend Dr. Garcia to everyone we come into contact with that says they have back pain. THANK YOU VERY MUCH Dr. Garcia!!!

I made an appointment with Dr. Lewis from a referral. My primary condition was for my shoulder & this staff doesn't listen to details in order to appropriately schedule their patients with the correct Dr.. They should have advised me that Dr. Lewis specializes in the lower extremities & I would need a different Dr.. Talk about a waste of time. While Dr. Lewis is nice, nice doesn't cut it & he needs to get his staff on point. If I need 2 different Dr's & 1 takes precedence over another that should be the focus. Dr. Lewis was needed for a secondary issue & not the primary. Therefore if the staff

Dr Rolando Garcia is one of the finest physicians I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Unfortunately the hospital and Orthopedic care center do not provide parking very well for handicap individuals.
I arrived and the parking lot to the building was monopolized by valet which was full. They did not approach me or give me direction or where to go. They just signalled me to keep going and that they were full.
I went to the cancer center, which is the closest building with available parking, but they too were full. I tried the parking garage which has only 1 handicapped parking space on

I disagree with past reviews. My experience has been exceptional. They are orginized, patient, and very experienced. I suggest you must be prepared to wait in any doctor office. Usually it is because someone has presented more complicated issues and take more time then planned. This happens when dealing with medical problems. I have always received as much time as it takes to maximize the purpose of my visit.
I welcome a doctor taking as many tests as needed to evaluate my care. If he can't help me, as one review described, then at least I know nothing was overlooked.

Horrible experience! I waited over an hour to see the doctor (the most I have ever waited was 30 minutes). When I was able to finally go back and see the doctor (after I inquired twice of when I was going to be seen) the manager took me back and I still had to wait. By this time, it was getting really late and I had another appointment across town. I went to the front desk and requested a refund of my co-pay since I never saw the doctor and the manager never asked why I was leaving and did not even apologize for the inconvenience of waiting over an hour for the doctor. This place is mostly a doctor mill. They collect money up front and then churn through the patients. I spent over an hour in the waiting room, and only 5 min with the doctor. They made me come back over three separate times, and in the end told me they can't help me. They did however make sure I took all the most expensive scans and tests. This place is a scam.
