In 1962, Phillip Pagliazzo had the idea to start a small family owned lumber yard. His business gained success in the Waltham area and other local communities. Along with other properties, Phillip's real estate became a large part of the infrastructure of Waltham. Phillip's buildings still stand today and we are very proud to be a part of that legacy.

Asked if I could purchase lumber and have it cut for a small project. The guy behind the desk was rude... said they don't "cut" lumber. Deadpan.

Forget it.

I went here because I want to support local but I can tolerate Home Depot where at least they're nicer.

Guys are great. Built a new composite porch and was helped with exactly what I would need. Delivered the material the next day and everything turned out great. Quality of the material was significantly better than what was in stock at the big box stores.

I went here today with a problem. Needed a strange dimension piece of wood for my front door. They didn't send me away like HD did, they agreed to rip the wood to my needs. They told me the cost up front and proceeded to produce what I needed. Great customer service and very pleasant people. Thank you.
