I had the managers special wash today. For $20 I felt like it wasn't worth it. The tire spray did a terrible job and is all splotchy. When I got out to vaccuum, there was mud all down the sides of my car just below the door. On the back side it made a swirl mess where it didn't fully clean. The wheels didn't come clean at all and had mud all over. I did like the power of the vaccuum. I used the towels to clean up the wheels and the mud dripping off the car. If this was $10 I might not feel as bad. The hood and top of car was overall clean. Just missed a lot for the money.

Took my car in for a wash 9/19/21 and nobody is sure how it happened but the track somehow managed to ruin my tire. The guys on-site called their manager but he couldn’t be bothered because he was out of town. I filled out an incident report there and I have not heard back. Honestly bad customer service, and at the end of the wash my car still had a mixture of dirt and soap on it. I’m still waiting to hear back to find out what’s going to happen. Don’t plan on coming here again

So far the best automated car wash I have ever used, got "managers special" wash, was very impressed with how it cleaned and applied protectant, it's not 100% clean but noone expecting detailers quality, and it didn't not cause any visible scratches unlike many others so called soft touch washes that created more issues that cleaning, hopefully it will stay that way as equipment ages. It's very good quick wash for daily driver car, but obviously not for show car or scratch obsessing car owners. Vacuum is a good bonus too.

Nice car wash but it really could provide more things to use to detail your car. I'm guessing they only provide the one thing since they want u to finish and leave idk. But for 20 bucks I was able to run thru the wash and given windex and a towel to clean out the car. While doing so I found the outside wash not great. Stuck on stuff all over the car. Bugs still on windshield. Tires still dirty. I don't think I love the auto wash unless I'm in a hurry. Would rather go to a traditional car wash so I can actually wash my own car. The price will end up the same but my car is as clean as I like it with

Best car wash around! Always well-maintained and well-staffed. I am closer to other car washes but I will only take my vehicles here.
On my last visit, the owner noticed that the tire shine didn't get my driver side tires very well. I hadn't even noticed! He had it adjusted and directed me to go through again for free. You just can't beat the service here.
