The Inflatable Fun Factory is the area's premiere family entertainment center! Featuring the largest indoor inflatable arenas in the tristate area, your kids will spend hours and hours having fun while they Bounce, Party, Play! The Inflatable Fun Factory is open every day for Stop-N-Play! Daily passes are only $12 for kids, $5 for adults, and children under the age of 1 are always free with a paid admission.
What is a "yard sign?" A yard sign is a fun way to celebrate a special occasion. Because yard signs are completely customizable, you can create unique messages to celebrate all of life's special moments. What kind of special occasions are good for yard signs? What makes your yard signs different from all the others?
How many guests can I invite to my party? You can invite as many guests as you'd like. Each party package includes a specific number of guests. You will be charged $12 for each additional guest over the maximum for your party package. What time should my guests and I arrive at the party? We ask that you and your guests arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled party to allow time for check in.
A waiver must be completed for each child attending your party (signed by their parent/legal guardian). No one is allowed in the the Public or VIP Arenas without a signed waiver. The waiver is included in our party invitations or you can fill out our Online Waiver of Liability here. Up to 4 children within the same household may be on a single waiver.
What is Cosmic Glow? Make your Premium VIP or VIP Party come alive with Cosmic Glow! Our Cosmic Glow lights will make all of your party guests even more excited to Bounce, Party, Play! To increase the glow factor, have your guests wear white or light colors. For an extra special pop, add Glow Necklaces to your event.

Glad to see I’m not the only one that has had a good experience with logan. We went there a little while ago and I was telling my kids how we didn’t have the money to play games and we honestly didn’t at the time and I saw logan take a 20 dollar bill out of his wallet and get tokens, then he got cups and split the tokens up for each one of my kids. Not only did it make my kids day, but it also made mine.
This place has some of the most kind hearted employees I’ve ever met

I brought my daughter by there yesterday day and she wondered off and an employee named logan brought her back to me and when I say it was a cute story I mean it was he went down the slide with her and I was at the bottom and the first thing she told me was “mom” I found a best friend and the whole way home she talked about him it was the cutest thing I’ve ever seen

We just celebrated my daughter's 3rd birthday and overall it was great! I wish I could remember the boy who hosted it I think his name was Austin or Alexander, he was absolutely great. It definitely has its ups and downs the staff was 90% young and unprofessional but how professional can you ask a group of teenagers to be, also didn't enjoy paying 6 dollars per pitcher of drinks but eh what do you do. They told me I had 15 minutes before the party to set up which made me panic a little, but like I said the guy who helped was great he stayed in the room the entire hour before the party so we could

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Last time we came here we paid $10 a person for access to all of the inflatables. We spent 30 minutes in one room, then 30 minutes in the other. Now, they changed it to where you pay the same amount for access to half of the inflatables. A paultry 3 minis inflatables and a slide.. Management was a joke and wouldn't even give a logical explanation.

August 10 2021, we reserved an inflatable movie screen for October 31, Halloween. We paid a 100 dollar deposit. On October 31 we received an email stating the rental was canceled. Nov 13 2021 yet to have the deposit returned. Spoke to 2 managers on duty today. The first was a male, did not disclose his name. Stated he was the only manager on duty and did not have the authority to do the return and call back November 22nd 2021. 3 minutes on the phone and the manager hangs up with little information and zero resolution. We (wife and I) called back spoke to a woman that said she was also a manager

Bought french fries for 3$, received less than 10 fries (not joking) and half of them were still uncooked. Asked them to make me more (they offered to refry the ones I bit off of, health code violation) second batch was still half frozen, just threw them away cause the counter guy said he doesn't "know how to use the fryer". Only bought fries because you're not allowed to buy a drink by itself. Inflatables are cool though

Awful customer service when trying to book a party for November. Would not refund my deposit when I tried to cancel less than 12 hours later. They said it was within 24 hours but not the same 24 hours so they couldn’t.
So tried to reschedule the party. I had a very limited time I could do it. Like most people, it’s a challenge making party times work amongst a large group of people between work, kids sports, etc.
We were trying to use the given 2 hour window for the party but slightly rearrange the jumping time and party time and they would not flex AT ALL. Said you had to jump for an hour

This used to be one of our favorite places. I could hang out with my youngest (16months at the last visit who has autism and doesn’t understand the equipment) while my 2 older kids played off some energy for $20. Our last visit was a hassle, they refused to let me sit on the side with my 16months old unless I paid his admission too. I paid for him even tho I explained more than once he has autism and wouldn’t be playing but sitting with me on the sides so my visit then cost me $30 for maybe the 2hours we stayed. Had my daughter's 2nd birthday party there. I don't recommend ever having a birthday party there. It cost $350 for exactly 2 hours. I specifically asked if the inflatables were age appropriate for my daughter. They had 1 thing in the private area that was and lots of things in the public area. The party itself was very rushed but it was ok because we thought we would have time to relax at the end on the public area. I was told they close at 6pm. Our party ended at exactly 6pm. No time after to mingle. Where every other party of the day had time at the end, it is not the same for the last party
